Hello,
This is a guitar solo improvisation on jazz standard Summertime by Georges Gershwin.
I play on a Fender Vintera Telecaster '70s limited edition, on neck pickup with tone knob turned down by half.
I hope you like this cover and my melodic lines based around C major, A blues scale, A pentatonic, D dorian mode and some C Maj 7, Dmin7/9 and E7 arpeggios.
I also tried to put the emphasis on the 9th of A (B) and on the transition between Amin and A by playing around with the major and minor third (chromatisms and bends).
This is also the first Boom Magafam's video where you can see my face unmasked !! And this video is very different of what I usually do so I hope you will be glad to see something unusual.
Don't worry, soon, rock, heavy, gothic and death metal will be back again, but my influences are wide and I was feeling like doing something intimate.
