I’ve been wanting to post yoga videos for a long time and have let some of the technicals of the process get in the way…. I’m curious about what camera you use, how you download the music and the software you use to put it all together. I totally understand if you don’t want to share, but just figured I’d throw it out there and ask! Hope you’re having a beautiful new moon, love ❤️
Oh man I’m about to blow your mind with how low tech my situation is haha I do everything on my phone! I really need a new mic situation but it’s so hard to find a good one that works. I record on my phone which has a ton of storage for a HD/60p frame rate. I edit using VLLO which is a bomb app that costs $8/year haha. I won’t gatekeep ANYTHING girl. I get my music from Artlist - there’s a referral link in the description. Artlist is a little pricey, but I love the selection. I’m particular about my music and once you dl from artlist, the license is yours forever. So worth it. All my b roll and thumbnails I do in Canva. I also recommended tube buddy which is a keyword researching tool so you’re not creating content for a super saturated market. It’s hard to break through with yoga content. I definitely recommend niche-ing down to get some traction. Let me know what else I can do to help you get started!!

HI! Thank you for asking - my yoga education has been a long journey. My yoga teacher training was 10 years ago at Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia. It was in ashtanga vinyasa. Shortly after that I studied meditation at The Expanding Light in California. I have always been a student of history, mythology, science, etc. So I feel like as my practice evolved, it was slowly influenced by the aspects of nature and storytelling I was always drawn to as well. Lots of folks have been asking me about this. I wonder if I should teach a workshop?

I am hoping this year you will offer a Taurus session. Btw, I live not too far from the epi center of yesterday’s quake. I was walking in the park at the time and didn’t feel a thing!!!
