Hey, I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but if I try to open up my files, I get an error saying that the root folder doesn't contain the supported version of NFS, although NFSC.exe is in the folder. Is this because my folder is on the desktop, or do I not have a proper .exe? I'm using a copy of the game off of my flash drive, and have used different cracked .exe's, but nothing's worked.
location does'nt matter, yourNFSC.Exe file isn't right then, so you should get an patched one,, i recommend to try all 3 versions that exist, the 1.2 1.3 and the 1.4 i am sure thats gonna help you further psss: copying files from a flashdrive causes failures yes, so its better you reinstall it if you ask me (tried the same copy and paste via flash drive, nope not gonna work xD)
Well.. thats a good question but i don't work with addons, i customize everything myself so i don't need that,, but as ar as iknow addons and customizing things yourself is completely seperate from each other, so i don't think you can change it to make the wheels appear again since its a mod and seperate

Well its hard but you might try to redo all the customisations you've made to the game, until its working, then the save game file will work again,, i know there are some settings you should'nt change too much to avoid this, i have to dig deeper to see which ones

Lol thats weird, didn't heard that before, well the only way to find out is by reverting every single change you made once its going back to its old settings,, but i would save you game in the documents folder to your desktop so it never can fail and if so you can put the original file back
you can eventually delete the mod hopefully nothing crashes and then made the cops weight much heavier as you wish, and its quite easy though Just such for the category ''pursuit'' and you would find it

Handling performance can be found at: pvevehicle or something that is familiar with that, there u can change a lot of things To give u a tip: by changing it combined with high speeds 300km/h and higher it will be almost impossible to steer the car correctly

I never uss modscripts, if i do then i make sure its an .EXE file so it will be installed automatically just like the hd textures, they come with exe files too

@@ΛύκοςΔεληγιάννης thats a bug in NFS Vlted don't worry about the window popping up, you can do 2 things which will work 1: Just ignore the message and go ingame to see if the changes you made have been applied Or 2: open NFS VLTED as Admin and save your changes

change the changes back if you still remember what you have done,, if not then you made too much changes to make it work,, try not to change too much at once so you won't lose your overvieuw of your changes, if you change 1 by 1 you always know where to find your fault ;)

both telling you 1 problem, its that it can't find your NFSMW folder so you have to make sure that you don't make any changes for names to your game folder,, the only name that is supported is the name that comes from the factory disc: Need For Speed Most Wanted

depends on the problem you're facing creating engine sounds is prety easy and straight forward, simply take an other engine sound from an other car and put it in the car you wish to have it, then save it and run the game

Yes the redux mod makes the cops very heavy indeed and therefore its impossible to change it since that integrated in the mod itself, if you really wanna achieve low weighted coips uninstall the mod and make those cars lighter in NFSVLTED

i am unfamiliar with replacing cars with existing ones but you might try to make some settings in the axis which you might find in the PVEVEHICLE or CHASSIS

I have my GFTH channel active again and once i made a video you'll see it on that channel, but it isn't so difficult just search for the cars mod, make sure you have all loaders (sort of menu's) and then add the cars you have downloaded into the scripts and addon folder, and it should replace on of the other cars depends on the settings

weird to say this but nothing can be that good changed as the GTR handles, besides that i would'nt recommend that since you have to change everything tires/alignment/chassis and all of that
You personal cars mass, can be changed and counts everywhere, i have done that as well, but it doesn't really help against the opponent, since their strength is extreme,, i suggest lighter vehicle with a lot of handling and acceleration (such as Lotus Elise, or M3)
i don't know if the modscript had a delete function or not, but if not i just hope you know exactly which files have been added, if not then you have to reinstall the game
Is there anyway to have junkman parts as race rewards? For example doing 10 races and taking one junkman part. In nfs mw 2005. Also is there anyway to add NOS Junkman?
hmm not as far as i know however you might change performance stuff but be carefull not to change it to extremely rare of weird value since its a little bit touchy for changes

@@TuningDutchy ah crap basket's, and btw why does the game not accept more than 7-10 addon car's installed at the same time, 8 mean they do show up in the car's list without any issues, but after installing a certain amount of car's the just won't let me pick any car's from "my car's" section and I can't access career mode because it crashes, is there any fix for that because there are plenty of car's that I want for my ideal game!

All I want to know is how to change the speed and acceleration of the dodge challenger. Could you break it down for me please? Or a process that allows the car Performance to keep up with Darius's level of vehicles. Tier 3 I believe.
everyhthing can go against darius, but performance wise i choose (most of the times) 800 900 torque maximum on the Engine menu of the dodge, and top speed can be higher when changing the gear ratio in the transmission menu and the muscle, then the car should be there with its transmission options
you are able to find them by taking the search option andtype: Pursuit, there you will see levels but also the cop cars as u already named above, you can edit them as u u like to,, you might be able to edit how much police cars are on your tail, or as backup, and even how fast they going, how fast they can bust you if u still have questions, just ask them i am alwasy able to help

@@blackrobin8472 make a change in Nfs vlted with th eprogramming running as administrator, then save it, exit the program and restart it again with administrator it should be saved,, sometimes its a little error bug that it says its not saved but its still saved!
Well i am not really sure if you can use the cross car in the canyon duel with the cutscenes, so yeah since it belongs to the storyline, so be carefull with these settings the game might be crashing if you apply it however i am curious how this will work out ~TD

make sure you have the right files to import and that the file/folder that you are trying to import is complete and not missing important files within it

when I use vlted, the program says "the folder you selected does not contain the supported version of the Need for Speed game."
the folder requires the exact Need for speed name as it comes from a disc, as example: Need For Speed Most Wanted

just search for the cars mod, make sure you have all loaders (sort of menu's) and then add the cars you have downloaded into the scripts and addon folder, and it should replace on of the other cars depends on the settings

Anyone know how to eliminate the gearbox speed change time?, because i want to make a car with a sequential gearbox, i mean when a car change speed, the gearbox make like a manual gearbox action (clutch-change speed-clutch) it takes too long time, i want to eliminate that and make the car change like an LMP1 car or F1 car, i tried modifying the clutch in the gearbox node but nothing
change your transmission setting or if you want to speed it up change it with a lamborghini or M3 transmission together with its SHIFTSND and Shiftpattern

And the big dumptruck uses this one: GEARS_BIG

Too high or too low settings, try to set it on 32727 as example, this might work keep it with 5 numbers but not higher then 65000

Probably out of range or wrong value, set it back and try to copy a transmission from another car too it, it can fail very quickly (diifficult one)

i don't play aaround with that too much, the acceleration has lots too to do with the Torque you can find that in: ENGINE field

Do you by any chance know how to swap the suspension from car to car? Im trying to make the 300c handle like the GTR, i have swapped the engine, brakes, trans, and tire files from the GTR and im missing the suspension.
weird to say this but nothing can be that good changed as the GTR handles, besides that i would'nt recommend that since you have to change everything tires/alignment/chassis and all of that
set the mass of 300c something a little above 1000 like 1100 or 1200 look which one is more enjoyable.

You personal cars mass, can be changed and counts everywhere, i have done that as well, but it doesn't really help against the opponent, since their strength is extreme,, i suggest lighter vehicle with a lot of handling and acceleration (such as Lotus Elise, or M3)

hmm not as far as i know however you might change performance stuff but be carefull not to change it to extremely rare of weird value since its a little bit touchy for changes

Yes you can if you want a SUV height setting change it to 21-21 or 24-24 like i did by my DB9

everyhthing can go against darius, but performance wise i choose (most of the times) 800 900 torque maximum on the Engine menu of the dodge, and top speed can be higher when changing the gear ratio in the transmission menu and the muscle, then the car should be there with its transmission options

Always make sure that you have your files backed up so if you make mistakes you always have some saved working files/folders

you are able to find them by taking the search option andtype: Pursuit, there you will see levels but also the cop cars as u already named above, you can edit them as u u like to,, you might be able to edit how much police cars are on your tail, or as backup, and even how fast they going, how fast they can bust you

@@blackrobin8472 make a change in Nfs vlted with th eprogramming running as administrator, then save it, exit the program and restart it again with administrator it should be saved,, sometimes its a little error bug that it says its not saved but its still saved!

Ylu can change the turbo sounds by going to PVehicle and change your turbo there, and you can change the turbo/supercharger sound by goimg to TurboSFX
Pss there are 3 field at TurboSFX the upper one and the bottom one i setted it on 55000 and the middle on 65000 for a higher floating sound
