The backing track is the hell too loud. But there is Sean Malone, who cares.

I don't think there has ever been a duo so locked in with each other in all of the history of music, as Sean and Sean were with each other. It's a mind blowing thing to witness. Neither of them makes a single move without the other.

Good recording! With Malone, too, which is rare. He barely ever plays with them live. I needed to see this today since Sean is gone. :( RIP I loved this stuff.

I saw Cynic play in Belfast during their Traced In Air tour. they booked a small venue, the Limelight, which has a maximum capacity of 750 people. me and my buddy arrived to find the venue completely EMPTY save for a handful of fans. when Cynic took the stage, there couldn't have been more than 30 people in the audience. I felt really bad for the band... but it was awesome to hear them play in such an intimate setting. despite the extremely sparse crowd, they gave it their all 100% and played the full 2 hour set. really humble, down-to-earth guys and awesome talent

So sad and yet so beautiful that they played at least together live in the end.

At first when I heard that in the acoustic version of integral birth the vocals are different from original I was dissapointed, but the way Masvidal had sing it has its own way, and it really gave me a chill :D Great gig

Wow.. they sound so amazing.. great band live.. I've seen them a couple times.. back in 90 or 91 I think with death and pestilence was the first time and once with cannibal corpse and they just tore it up man.. so sick.. Sean is a beast on the drum kit.. he's amazing.. the whole band was incredible.. they had Tony choy on bass then and I think he did double duty those nights.. he was in pestilence and cynic and was just fuckin killer.. this bassist is awesome too man.. the stuff these guys produce is insane.. very cool band.. always loved cynic.. different and unique.. thanks for sharing, cheers..
