I noticed how this video is getting more views in first 5 hours which I suspect is due to more Hays facetime. Disappointed that there were no Pete (by popular demand) on slides. Love this. I am in the initial stage of planning a trip to India and, whereas I have always found Mumbai to be quite an intriguing destination, I also find it a bit daunting and intimidating for a first-timer in the country. Videos like these certainly help, thanks!

Haha, I just had Khane Khas for dinner the other night ^_^ I really felt it when you had the Sev Puri :) After my first year in India I had to go back home for 1.5 years and I would dream of Mumbai street food. When I finally came to move back to Mumbai I almost got teary eyed from emotion when finally having my favourite chaat again. For me btw it's dahi puri topped with sev ;)

You are so right. It's so weird not more Vloggers talk about Bandra when there are so many foreigners around in this part of town. I'm a foreigner and I stay in Bandra too. And you are absolutely right, visiting Sanjay Gandhi National Park is a must! My first year in India I stayed in Powai and it was much closer and easier to go. I would go at least twice a year just to feel the calm and nature :) Now maybe once a year I manage. But I always make sure to take any visitors from abroad there!

Sasoon Dockyard, Kala Ghoda, Afghan Church, Bowen Memorial Methodist Church, Regal Circle, Cathedral of the Holy Name, Mani Bhavan, The Rajabhai Clock Tower and Mumbai Port Trust Garden are some important historical and natural destinations in Colaba Suburb in Mumbai, which I never witness got coverage from any foreign You Tuber.
If you can go to Chembur, near the station there’s a restaurant called “Grand Central”. It was the best Butter Chicken I had ever tasted and something different. Now, it’s been more than 10 years since I’ve been there, so I don’t know if they have maintained that standard and quality and unique taste, but till that time and ever since never tasted a butter chicken like that before or after. If you go there and vlog it will be fantastic and I’ll get an idea if it’s still the same. Thanks.

You are fortunate to take life at a smaller pace unlike folks like us _ we spend most of our time driving from point A to point B. I still think the transport system is the best in Mumbai. Bandra seems crowded now compared to when I moved to Bombay. It was a beautiful, leafy, stunning neighbourhood.

You are fortunate to take life at a smaller pace unlike folks like us _ we spend most of our time driving from point A to point B. I still think the transport system is the best in Mumbai. Bandra seems crowded now compared to when I moved to Bombay. It was a beautiful, leafy, stunning neighbourhood.

In Colaba, we like Abode, but we much prefer Bandra as a neighborhood.
