I had the church mother's give me a ear full about as they put it, the boy who tried to preach a funeral. They were not happy with him at all. So on the way to the cemetery I gave him the laundry list. His response was, when he became pastor, the mother board was gone because his uncle gave a lot of money to that church. This was on a Wednesday. By Friday they had told him and his uncle where to go and how to get there and what to do on the way.
We need the old school preachers back ASAP!!! These prideful, self absorbed money hungry preachers has got to go. They are not about getting souls to Christ. It's all about their greed and ungodly lifestyle. May God have mercy on them 🙏

Its amazing, the reverence of kneeling and giving God thanks before you get your church grove on is long gone. But I still see some old schoolers doing it from time to time.🙂

Personally I believe we need the old school preachers back. Hell, fire, and brimstone preaching and if the attendees couldn't take it you knew your stepping on some toes and you knew you just hit a nerve and sin was there. I want my toes stepped on forget steel toes shoes I wear flip flops amen.
I miss the old ladies selling slices of yellow cake by the entrance, the Holy Ghost dances, the buffet dinners that lasted for 3 hours after morning service and evening service, and testimony.

Unfortunately, that's what most services are like, in churches today and I've been so very tired of it!
