I am the only person in my household that has celiac but we all love this focaccia. I do have a proof setting on my oven so most times it has doubled in size. Our caputo yeast was in its last month before expiration, and we did have an issue that one time with it not rising.
Hi, I tried to make this recipe and the dough didn’t rise at all. I used the exact same flour and yeast, and they were both just opened, so they weren’t stale. Only thing I did differently is mixing by hand instead of stand mixer. Is it necessary to use a stand mixer? Thank you!

Add some grapes …yes grapes along with rosemary and some sea salt !!!! This recipe is awesome.

If anyone is having the same problem, I think in my case it was the yeast, as I tried with another pack of yeast and then it worked!
A stand mixer makes it much easier.

Any idea why mine comes out super dense?? Looks uncooked and super solid!! Crust is nice though
Make sure it rises all the way. Maybe bake at a lower temp for longer.

When you say put it in a warm place…it’s at room temperature???? Mine didn’t rise at all… i took the same flour and yeast, new bag…😢

Put it in a warm spot or a proofing oven, mine doubles in about 40 min.

Your recipe is different then my bag. Not sure which one to use.
All recipes are different in video then on bag.
I thought the same at first, but, this recipe is just half of the bag recipe.
His recipe is slightly different than the recipe on the bag, as well as half the amount.
