Always good to see your videos, I have had a 20 x 42 offset for 2 years now, a great smoker, and a solid company. True to your passion, and your customers. Would be great some day to have an LSG bbq team, that can one day end up at the American Royal, and tour around the country to bbq contest. This would be a great way of being seen, and heard of. Thank you Chris and the LSG team.
Chris any plans on making this beast of a pit in a 24" x 48" size with the griddle top? Im ready to place an order if one will be available. The cook came out great on it as well.
How does the throat directing the air up to affect draw and the overall convection into the chamber? I’d love a video explaining more scientifically how this works
I know what they're feeding me, Loanstargrillz pellet smoker meats. I'm getting that fat like the chicken! Love my smoker Chris! Now retired going to look at your 24×60 or the Adjustable charcoal grill. Now that I have more time. Kinda torn between these two.
Depends on wether you do more grilling or smoking. They each will do both well but the grill is a better grill and the smoker is easier and has a larger smoke chamber for smoking.
No idea why but this is the second vid of yours that only comes through on my right earbud. No other vids on RUclips have done that. Figured you’d want to know. No tuning plates smoker is great. You should make a 72 inch model!
Got my 20X36 offset delivered a few weeks ago to western, MD. Been trying to wear it out I tell ya. Love this beast.

Looking forward to getting your Texas Edition smoker. Can't wait to smack on some ribs and chicken.
Great 1st cook Chris!!! I certainly agree that was a success!
Thanks 👍
Those plate ribs are hard to come by in South Georgia. They look damn good. Good looking smoker as well.
Ribs and Chicken came out nice.
Are there tuning plates in this pit, curiosity why you didnt put conventional firebox with griddle on this model?
This is what i am waiting for so i can grab one. folding table as well.

Those ribs look incredible!
Great job my concerns are if you need to cook for a larger family 20-45 how do you achieve that with the long range cooking? Thanks 🙏🏾
great cook. But doesn't this smoker have a slidable bottom rack or a grate on top of the firebox? Is there a possibility to have that?
Nice job Chris much love from Philly!!
Thanks

Man that things a beast. Great vid Chris, keep'em comming. I wouldn't turn down a beef rib no matter how it was cooked hahaha
Agreed
Could you maybe do a brisket cook on the Texas Edition? Thanks Chris!
Chris, extra room aside, any benefit to the larger of the two sizes?
None, just size.
very nice, well done all the way!
Is a counterweight on the door possible? Didn’t see an option to add online?
I'm curious about this also.
