This is NOT just Charly Garcia, is Serú Girán one of the greatest progressive rock super bands of Argentina and Latin America David Lebon (guitar), Pedro Aznar (fretless bass and sometimes addicional keyboard player) all of them singers and Oscar Moro (drums). This was his band from the 70's, Seru Giran. He had several bands until the 80's when he began his great solo career.
The guy doing nothing, haha, is the great bassit player Pedro Aznar, who was only 18 years old, at that time, and after that he played around the world with the Pat Metheny band. Pedro Aznar has also a solo career.

Esta presentación es perfecta y Charly está impecable, pero esta versión en vivo de 1982, que no tiene el mejor sonido, porque aunque fue mejorado, no fue totalmente restaurado, es maravillosa! Con toda la magia de Serú Girán en vivo, con Charly que 4 años más tarde, seguía con la voz intacta, tocando como el maestro que es, con una fuerza impresionante y aunque todos los integrantes de Serú eran unos monstruos tocando, Charly logra acaparar toda la atención y su actuación es magnetizante. Charly sadly lost his voice as the years and the drugs went by, but he is still a musical genius. I cannot recommend a song in particular because there are so many. You can just go and sample his channel on RUclips: ruclips.net/channel/UCwdcsrSoGZLPNpRurWqySAA. Serú Girán was his last band before he went solo, but he has sung and played with many others, including Pedro Aznar (the bass player in SG). I don't think there's a single grown-up Argentinian who can't sing along to at least one of Charly's songs.

Friend D!!! Serú Girán's music is at the level of Queen or higher but without much press. Argentina lived a dictatorship from 1976 to 1982, you could walk down the street with that hair and be arrested just to peel your hair or they would disappear and never return home. This gentleman and company with his giant balls had the look he wanted and made this giant beautiful music shining above a lot of musical bullshit that the government promoted to keep the people silly and quiet. He could remain silent or kill someone that we Argentines would love and defend to the death in any case.
And the bassist is called Pedro Aznar, possibly the best Argentinean bassist or one of the best. I recommend that you react to Pedro Aznar - You lie - Encuentro en el Estudio. You're going to love it.
