Thank you - I watched 3 other "tutorials" and clearly the others didn't know what the hell they were doing. You sorted it out for me perfectly. Really appreciate the video!
After doing the P. R. of C. tutorial, was so confused about how to use signals. (Problems were solved by selling trains.) 5 major takeaways from this video; very succinct. Only topic that you didn't cover was 1-way vs. 2-way.
Thanks for the video fam, I didn't realize what my problem was until I watched it. I added way too many junctions and rail signals rather than something much more simplified and logical. My trains are actually running now
This is lovely. Can you do a few good more on the same subject, say more live scenarios? This seems good for me in theory. I messed up when it came to the complex real (game) world.
I have no idea why they would make the signal system so ridiculous and inefficient and nonsensical over just re-creating actual signal systems that are used in railroading.
Brilliant! Thank you! You mentioned "click and drag"... kind of like Railway Empire, eh? ;) I really enjoy this game, but one sad thing I've noticed about TF2... they don't seem to be interested in making anything easy for you, and they absolutely refuse to learn anything from other franchises. :(
I will only use lorries...trains are to complicated. Although my last driver took 2 years and 5 months to do a return trip....never mind it will all be profitable by 2200
What a great tutorial video.. thanks for that bro.. i made some complexity in my train network.. and unable to understand fully and it creates some blockages.. Can u please help? I can join ur discord..
My lines are messed up by adding a new station now the lines wont use the other track i added also a double slip switch (the x switch thing) and the lines wont use the other track

Great tutorial! finally understod how these signals work :D

Hasan merchant hey thanks I’m glad you enjoyed the video, and I’ll see if I can find the time to work on a live scenario version of this for you ☺️
Best signals tutorial, I tried a couple before this one but they were only confusing... Thank you!
Thanks mate. Your vid helped me a ton!

Hm, I am shocked how great this video is. Perfect clean presentation, perfect learning. Thanks a lot, would appreciate more, man. Good luck
gamesak1 hey! Thanks so much, that’s such a kind thing to say, I really appreciate it, I’ll try to get some more guides up soon! ☺️
@@TotalXclipse that would be perfect

I get messed up on the functional difference between one-way and two-way signals. Do you have any videos illustrating the difference?
Nice and clear, thanks.
Can you use those overtaking loops (5:53) for a single track where trains run from both directions?
yes you can
We need more complex setup: double line in both directions for every side.

:D Yeh they're complicated but worth it in the long haul
I do believe there is a auto-signal mod! If you play on steam, look it up? thanks for the tutorial
Very nice tutorial on a seemingly easy topic!
If I had the time I'd have a look at TF as well...
Luftwolf thanks! I wish it was seemingly easy... I ended up screwing up the train lines so many times before learning the essentials 😅

I noticed that you said you were putting one way signals in this second example but didn't select one way...is that an important step?

I know it's been a very long time, but how do you get these nice clean straight lines and curves? Everything I build looks like spaghetti
nice vid thnx
Excellent !!
That wasnt a 1 way since you had the setting on no.
FIRST NOOB
Don"t like your crossing it is only bin don in a yard
