10 out of 10 gas stations owners recommend you get this vehicle.
😂
Between this, the mini cooper 2 door, and the Kia soul, which would you recommend
Worth it.
the hybrid version is better
The otolaryngologist too.
Miss my 2021 so much…was never a Wrangler fan before. But a loaded 392 is such a great drive…
Why did you sell?
@@retrograde11 Multiple cars at once, was trying to simplify the fleet. Miss that thing.
That’s bad ass!!
Love my ‘23 DDHC 😈
The 2021 392 is the best…. No red seats, no weird grill, no ridiculous big screen. I’ll keep mine as long as I have had my 1988 grand wagoneer.
For anyone that has never driven or experienced a Small Block 392 Hemi....these are absolute phenomenal drivetrains. I have a Scat Pack with this same engine. Paired with the ZF 8 Speed, they are fantastic and so much fun to drive.
I just hope modifications can be made to make the steering better...
I've got a 2022 Smoke Show Charger, this guy knows what he's talkin' about. Every car should move like a 6.4 Hemi when you give it the beans!
I didn't notice anything fantastic in this video except for a very modest speed of 117 km/h.
@@Sashacontra You need to drive a 392: as an engine, it gives you that very rare thing few other engines can--it can "put you back in your seat."
I'm supposed to buy a jeep 392, but I heard those powertrains fail frequently. I also heard that Rubicons break down constantly and are shit.
I flew to Wixom, Michigan to pick up my ‘22 Wrangler 392 AEV JL370. It’s got 7,600 miles on it now. I’ve tackled the Rubicon trail, Johnson Valley, Sand Hollow, and trails in Montana. It’s an incredible machine!
Hey that’s where I live! I hope to buy one of these in the next 2-3 years
Out of all the 392 videos out there, this really shows a bit of what it is... 😎
I can't believe there are only 392 videos of this vehicle in the internet.
yeah he should really shift holy shit
Thank u for the ride, really appreciate❤️
My Grand Cherokee SRT was stolen at the Hotel across the street from where you filled up. I replaced it with the 392 and is a different kind of fun. I do miss the SRT, but the 392 does make you smile!
Wow! That beast looks like a handful to steer at full throttle! But it sure does look like raw fun, expensive raw fun!
Another excellent review. You get the “jeep thing” most other reviewers don’t care to or want to understand why jeep people like jeeps. I have a 22” 392 and love it. Watched all your reviews on them. Thanks
Would you recommend it as a daily driver? Is it good to haul kids around?
@@witemain not with the gas mileage LOL
Found you through the Topher but now committed to your channel too.
I still don't quite understand how a Wrangler 392 is $30k over all other engine options when it is closer to a $10k difference when you are upgrading a Charger to the 392. Feels like Jeep could sell 392 Wranglers by the boatload if they were priced more like 60k.
greed.... dont worry, the market is slappin dealers bad as of lately. This will force prices down
60k won't even touch a loaded rubi v6 much less a hemi. If they were 80k instead of 100 they would sell
LOL $60k doesn't even get you a decent Rubicon I4/V6! Loaded up, you're looking at a MSRP around $70k for a nice RubiX.
@@Kracka21C8 yeah, which is also ridiculous….
Jeep is pricing themselves out of the market.
Seems like you had a blast, one of my favourite videos!
@TopherDrives Need to put in off road + mode even on the street its safe to do but makes it a different beast especially with a resonator delete. you wont have to anticipate the shifts with Sport + on as well it makes it shift like a normal Scatpack and turns off all driving aids. you will also get some more pops and bangs when shifting.
Jeez, I'm 28, and since a few years ago, one of my dream cars is def by far is this Jeep Wrangler, feel kinda depressed right now, but man by just seeing it in a video i get really excited and happy to see such an amazing machine, im currently driving a kia forte 2018, so hope one day come up to see this comment over my brand new Jeep.
The truest greatness lies in being kind, the truest wisdom in a happy mind.
I had a 2012 with basically every option a 10A package it was called and I got it with red leather seats as well.
That was a super nice JKR, def miss it. Also wasn’t plagued with any engine issues that were very common for that year JK, technically one of the worst years lol. I never did have an issue with it, besides a recall or 2, i think a air bag n something else idr.
But nothing that affected the driving
I've never been a jeep guy but holy crap I want one
Love the new screen and red seats. I still want it.
just beautiful mate!
Wangler's are a handful to handle on the highway/ interstate. They are at home off road.
I have a ‘24 392 in Anvil. I regretted selling my 2022 (non-XR) since I got rid of it. I’ve had numerous high performance vehicles..including the trx, ScatPack and Hellcat (for the Stellantis lineup). Nothing satisfies like the rubicon 392. These Jeeps are so dumb, but also some of the best vehicles you will drive. Absolute beast .
This over a TRX?
We have a few customers who own both a TRX and the Jeep 392 and they drive the jeep most and say its the funnest. All depends on what you use it for I'm sure but our 2024 Jeep 392 is our funnest vehicle yet. Our other truck isn't fast but it's a RAM 3500 Prospector XL @@kenson25
@@kenson25 overall, yes, I would take the rubicon 392. I do love the trx though.
I prefer my TRX but do want to test this bad boy out.
@@SqubbaSteve how can you can prefer if you haven’t even driven both 🤣
Wranglers have that F off energy and I love it!
We had a guy at my work recently buy a 392 in earl. I think it’s a sharp colour with the red interior!
The reason behind that dead zone in the steering wheel is that its an off-road vehicle and when you drive it all wild a very sensitive steering wheel can cause you trouble. Maybe that's the reason
Wow that's awesome absolutely want one for sure
My dream car !!
I have a 22XR. Daily driven 22k miles. Absolutely love it. It is so much fun. The smartest dumb purchase I've ever made.
Would you recommend it as a daily driver to haul kids around?
@@witemain It works for my family. I haul my 9 and 6 year old in it along with the wife. It is our primary vehicle. Just did a 1500 mile round trip in it with family over Thanksgiving.
With that said, recognize that it is still a Jeep. It is a bit louder than say regular SUV and not quite as plush. If you can accept these short comings is a great daily.
Best car commercial I have ever seen! Wish they made a 392 in a two door
The perfect offroad suv. Can you make one with the x3/x4 40i as a daily pov? I know you made one already with Daily Motor, but one more 😅
"Audacity, audacity, always audacity" Patton would of loved this Jeep 🙂
Another excellent review.
I would be making the tires squeal like at 14:00 almost constantly. What a riot.
i need this in my life
That thing is a beast! I would have to pull the traction control fuse. The last jeep I owned. The traction control, was a huge! hinderance off road. Even when it was "shut off" It still would cut power. Totally making it annoying to drive.
10:45 you can adjust the steering box and take out some of that slack. Or if you don't want to wrench it, then take it to the dealer and tell them to replace it under warranty.
I love mine, it is one of the few cars that I have no idea what I would replace it with.
Sick Jeep!!
love this
Debating trading in my 2018 M3 for one of these. Seems odd to compare an M3 to a Wrangler, but videos like this are what has done it. Seems like an absolute blast to drive, which is what the M3 is as well.
I love how your assessment is about the same as mine. I had a two door manual transmission Rubicon for a few years, and it was absolutely just an awful vehicle and at the same time an absolutely amazing vehicle.
Like you said, the drive dynamics are wonky, and it’s skips all over the place and the build quality and components are just poor quality but once you’re out on the road and better yet off the road, nothing matters and it’s just pure joy
The fun far outweighs the negative
What are some examples of the poor build quality and components? I'm researching vehicles for a purchase and would like to know what the problems are, from an owner perspective.
@@Riskmangler crooked stitching on the seats, a spot where they totally missed the stitching, and a spot where the accidentally stitched the flap on the seat rear, loose dash, rear wiper Motor jiggled, shifting problem between 2&3, other odds and ends. It was brand new and got serviced but the service was terrible as well. I would do it over again. You should too. Is. It’s just too fun of a vehicle.
@@Eric_In_SF Seems like a mixed bag of issues. The fun factor is a big draw. Thanks very much for responding.
An ‘awful’ vehicle? That’s a strong word. Stop trying to drive like a Porsche, and Jeeps are amazing. I totally disagree with you.
I see your point but this vehicle isn't cheap either so id expect more @@lbco5229
Theres also a rwd mod just a small usb thing u plug in. imagine how much more fun it would be in rwd
Imagine this beautiful super charged
looks great....the red stitching on the steering wheel looks terrible though....dam. I had a Rubicon Unlimited, extra room in the back made that thing a Jem. I dont remember the steering being lose or needing micro adjustments ....Only issue I had was went to 33's stock if I remember were 31s .... any way got terrible death wobble with those. Ended up having the dealer swap them out as they recommend a tire to me that look great, were mud terrain, rock guards etc but made for a truck that weighs 2 times as much as my little jeep. That fixed the issue and steering went back to stock feel
Funniest POV I've ever seen and it was only a POV, it is indeed totally possible to understand the appeal of this vehicle and probably today one of the best ROI in terms on a car investment someone could ever make haha Really cool
If you toe the front tires in an 1/4 inch it might help with the bigger tires. Worked on my Jeep Renegade with a 304 AMC 4 speed with 32 inch tires.
I hope they put that engine on the Mojave truck 🔥
Looks like fun!
Looking into the manual. Can you get it without the paddle shifters or is it stock?
That play on the steering wheel it’s just straight nuts. You think they would’ve fix that by now?
There are cars and vehicles all just similar to each other in any way and there is the Jeep Wrangler as the most distinctiv for individuals! Regards from a Wrangler Mountain ❤ driver in Hungary 😊 Even l can't afford a new 😢 V8 392 and not yet available in our country, though a good used from Germany is on my bucketlist. We die onece but live every day!
Newest thing is best thing video. Shocking stuff.
the only jeep I would buy.
Jeep wrangler is my dream car bro
Hi from New Jersey. Great vehicle! The best part begins at 22:17 🙂
I have a 2019 Wrangler and cant believe they still haven't fixed the steering dead zone. For those watching pay attention to how much back and forth countersteering is required on the wheel just to keep this thing centered. After dealing with this for 4 years I am over it. Not the kind of excitement I was looking for in moderate winds on the interstate while a semi tractor trailer is beside you.
Three ways to tackle this issue.
1. Warranty, replace the steering box
2. Adjust the steering box and take off some of that slack
3. Chalk it up to "its a jeep" and live with it
Love my 21' - a must have vehicle - Total G-Wagon Beast
I don’t like red interiors but silver exterior and the seats only being red looks fantastic.
It’s nice your demo 392 didn’t have the start up squeak/squeal. Mine was so bad and constant. Was embarrassing to drive.
LOL the leaf blower guy
absolute hysterics!
maybe all that slop is to give folks the "illusion" that the road is smooth? less feel etc? Cause yea my Jeep was tight
Sangaat keren jeep rubicon ❤
I love it especially the red seats it’s a nice touch 😍
😂LOVE IT!!!! I CANT WAIT TO GO OFF ROAD
This thing is absolutely nastyyyyy! Love em
MAŞIN ÇOX GÖZƏLDİR HEYRAN QALDI HƏLƏ MATORU VƏ 392 OLMASƏ ƏFSANƏ OLUB BU VİDYOYU ÇƏKTİYİNİZ ÜÇÜN TƏŞƏKKÜRLƏR.
are the mirrors the only ones available for it ?
Man if any of yall are dealing with that steering adjust your steering gear box an then go buy you a sector shaft brace. Will be the best thing you ever did. Also, I see hundreds of people lift yet keep the same control arms. Do it right get adjustable control arms ( metal cloak is the shit) set that bish at 5 degrees positive. Recipe for a good driving wrangler and gladiator and yes it’s worth it.
21:21 best review ever lol
I love the Wangler but the fact that the steering wheel has a huge lack of play to keep her straight makes it a tough drive on long distances....
South Side Baptist Tabernacle on textile road is where the video starts off it appears?
Imagine this beast in Australia
I got rid of TRX for my 2024 Rubi 392. Truck was very cool, but I like my Jeep more...
Not gonna lie this looks fun af 😂😂 sounds good too
I love it, except steering response on the pave road. I will have to think about it
The gear down on the expedition tho 😂
Love it
🔥jeep🔥
“Lord please: if something really has to go wrong, let it be the alternator…” 😉
It’s not a Bronco 😂
Any way to tighten up the play in the steering wheel?
The most underrated 392 out there by far. Next it would be the dumbest, coolest things if they did an SRT Rubicon or gladiator. I don’t need another vehicle but I’d have no choice.
That steering is diabolical.
What camera u use to record?
I bet it handles like it's on rails! Best Jeep Ever!
You must have it confused with a car.
But how's the reliability of a Jeep? I had a Jeep Liberty and the electrical system went out on it a year after I bought it.
Enjoy the ride...
I wish we could get this in Australia
I mean your comment on the affordability of this car is spot on. Maybe one day Jeep will have a V8 ....
Meu sonho é Dirigir essa máquina
11:36 I didn’t expect this lmao
A great third, or fourth vehicle in one’s stable.
If you use offroad + your shift points (both manual and auto) will be more firm
Is there is an option that you can switch it to RWD?
I miss my 304 CJ7 Jeep
Do the hinges still rust out?
Cool jeep, but that steering slack on a brand new jeep straight axle or not is a no go for me with a big block under the hood. They could easy add a stabilizer
🤣🤣🤣😂😂 love it…!!!
I neeeeeeed it
2 doors for life 😁
Number 1👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
How much is that Jeep where you’re at cause it’s 114k at Napletons in my hometown
