- Hi Everyone! My name is Andi Jenkins and I’m a chai-fueled thrifter, vintage reseller and interior stylist. All Put Together is where I share my latest thrift hauls and styling tips. In today's episode, I'm taking you shopping at one of my FAVORITE markets in Portland - The Rose City Vintage Market. Then I'm sharing the most EPIC brass haul of my LIFE. I scored so many unique pieces and tested a new way to clean them. Links down below to the brass items that are now available on Etsy.

"That guy" is a river otter. Adorable!
That shot of the "epic brass haul" towards the end is so lovely! Such shiny gold :)
Loved seeing your home and gallery walls. Thanks for letting us in!
I love the wood in your house! It’s great! I think you should have bought ALL the brass and negotiated a bundle price! Fantastic!
What an amazing brass haul! Love it! ❤ Thank you for showing us how you clean your brass. Always like to see new techniques, especially without the harsh chemicals.
Your entry way is absolutely gorgeous! I love all the beautiful knots in the wood panelings.
What a gorgeous home you have. Love all the art. And that brass collection is insane :D
Andi ☀️ what a bunch of brass😊 you must be in heaven 😉 I love your mid- century house with the wood. I would love it if you did a haul where you only bought stuff that we requested in your comments. Just giving you ideas I'm sure you're running out of them😮❤
Great video, Andi! Maybe my favorite you have ever done. Loved the footage from Rose City, and you doing the how to polish brass segment, plus sharing all of that amazing brass! Nicely done. Thank you (and have a great week 🌸)
Hi Andi. Your entryway is fabulous! So much beautiful art. You have great taste. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
Thank you for the sneak peak into your home! I LOVE the pencil on the wall!
Omggggg!!!!! As a collector of brass animals, I would have been in heaven at that sale. I’m always looking for new ones that I don’t have. Amazing finds!!!!! ❤❤❤
Loved this video! I always love seeing people’s interiors. The brass turned out amazing.
I love your entryway and the art! Thanks for sharing your home
But, that Flamingo!!!!! ❤
She probably got it and hid it from us! 🦩🤣😊
I love the bear with the fish. I have never seen that before. Great haul. Love your art wall too.
Andi! I love your home. The art is everything xx
The Rue painting looks like a "groovy" silhouette, reminiscent of the Beatles artwork on the "Yellow Submarine" album, or in the style of.
Another good tip for cleaning brass is using steel wool as a polisher. I tried your method with the vinegar and water, and it does keep a little bit of a film on the brass, but then when you dry it and polish it with steel wool, it really brings out the shine and gets rid of more imperfections.
These are amazing! Wow! Great work 👏🏻
I feel you're going to have to make your way over here to Japan one day...the kokeshi at the markets will (using your catchphrase) "blow your mind!"😊💕Thank you for sharing a view of your gorgeous home!🤩
That brass is amazing! I thought of you the other day there was a very large piece of brass Swiss cheese - definitely something I had never seen before - but they wanted $80 so I left it but it was SO cool!
Blessings!
So jealous of the brass haul, Andi, but thrilled for you. I've never seen so much great brass all together, glad you scored! I've sold the fox & alligator before:) Love it all. Thanks for sharing!
What an awesome brass haul!
Thanks for your art wall tour... really really cool! And going to try your brass cleaning method, Thanks Andi!!!
I love giraffes!!! My favorite thing that I remember as a toddler was my mom's tiny glass cobalt blue giraffe. She probably got it from a fair or something.
I like your new big print. It gave me a little bit of a Peter Max vibe. I also thought of you this weekend when I found a wicker dinosaur planter. 😊
Hi! You did a great job on the brass. Great buys for yourself. Tfs
Love the peek into your personal space! Thank you for sharing. 💗
I have that exact alligator from my parents along with a couple of other brass animals (a crab and a couple of tortoises) - it’s sooooo aged it’s almost dark brown. I might have to try your technique!
You have a great art collection!
I love your collection of modern art.❤
That brass haul is amazing!
I really enjoy your channel and appreciate what you do! I was just wondering how much was the flamingo at the Rose City Vintage Market?
Wow your house is great!! Love that tall wall! We have four dogs and ceiling fans just throw hair everywhere. But I digress your art is spectacular.
I've managed a couple of antique stores. For the most part we always left everything as is. I would dust of course, with wood furniture I would wax polish to try to help with the change in climate, but yeah, I wouldn't go to too much trouble polishing up vintage or antique items.
Andi!!! Oh my the Brass Pig!!! Melting my heart!!! Was born in Iowa, what can I say!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
SCORE!!!! Wooohoooo!!! 🎉 Amy from MN😊
Amazing haul! Love all the brass!
I need all the giraffes especially the one from the carousel!
The brass!!!
Loved seeing the Kokeshi carrying her baby. I've never seen that. How much was it? BTW a ram is a sheep, as in big horn sheep. Cheers
You weren’t kidding about the brass haul! And yes, somehow your method outshines (ha) anything I’ve been able to achieve. How long did it take for you to shine all of this???
I prefer my brass with the patina, but I have a large bowl with a stained green rim that just will not come off, so I might have to try the vinegar trick! My favourite piece in the brass haul was the giant fork LOL I'm just a sucker for an over-sized prop.
Your entryway looks fantastic!. It's wonderful to see you treating yourself with such thoughtful choices. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🍂🍁🍂🍁the brass omg I thought you bought that bass in Belgium I would have fainted
I ❤ your use of artwork for color rather than paint color on the walls.
Great Brass finds😊
I love your brass collection i especially loved the squirrel and giraffe I think I will start collecting brass .Did I just see a rooster in your collection?
I would love to see you change the grouping behind you. Hearing your thoughts as you do it will be fun, also.
I think all brass has a protective layer and that’s where brass gets its honey color. I have used Brasso and it eats the finish off every time and removes the honey color IE lacquer coating. I want to try cleaning a piece like you do to see if I get the same results as Brasso or not.
Andi, use brown malt vinegar (fish and chips) about same proportion with water as white vinegar, it is even better. Coca cola is also good for copper. I'm always attracted to brass, copper, pewter, too.
You turned me into a brassaholic
Wonderful finds, I have started to thrift for brass now! Acid like vinegar or Coke or ketchup or lemon is extremely harmful to brass or any metal. I removes tarnish but it also removes metal sort of it makes the metal weaker sort of, i have plenty of info warning against cleaning brass/ metals in acid but it is in Norwegian 😅🤣🤣🤣, so it wouldnt make sense to post the link!
I hate popsicle sticks too.Especially on my tongue. Is that a thing? I thought it was just me.🙃
Me too!! Yuck! Also can't tolerate paper straws! Who knew there were others like this 😊
Doesn’t rue mean street or avenue?
That little rodent you are keeping looks like the chipmunks in my yard. They stand up like that. Technically they are called ground squirrels.
Hey honey - how long did you soak those lovelies for?
Ram is a male sheep 😅
What is your son going to name the rodent? Prairie dog? Marmot?
You keep looking at yourself lol.
