    Long time fan first time commenting. I always wondered what is the stuff you paint with in the small container? I am a very beginner with wood working at all and am very curious.

    • @carvingandsuch

      I use two kinds of danish oil one is natural colored and another dark colored one. My favorite is clear tung oil which brings out the natural color of the wood.

    Lajos he looks wicked!! Nicely done. What speed do you normally run your dremel at wide open or with a foot pedal? Just curios.

    • @carvingandsuch
      @carvingandsuch  3 года назад

      I not using foot pedal on either machine. Just don’t like it. I using the good old switch and about almost full speed on the 3000. Hope this helps. If you have more questions just let me know. 👍

      @@carvingandsuch cheap Amazon one, when I burn a line like in the middle of line it stops burning and have to wait for it heat up some, does that hold the heat?

    • @carvingandsuch
      @carvingandsuch  3 года назад +1

      When burning wood the tip always cools down you have to do it slow. Also outside any wind or breeze can make it difficult to burn.
