    I agree actually about Rice putting up 1200 at 40 being more impressive than Brady. It's really impressive for both with still being at that level as a player through so many changes in time in the game but the difference to me is Rice playing receiver is just the more physical position. Not even just about the contact on each play but the forces you have to put through your own body in the movements you do compared to quarterback

    For the Lions, having G/C as a need shows you guys actually do research. They had a top 2 offensive line last year and the lazy media just assumes there's no need for reinforcements, but fans know not only do we need to replace Jonah Jackson at our LG position but we should start thinking about how to replace Taylor Decker in a few years.
    My prediction for the Lions is a possible trade up for an elite athlete or go after both offensive and defensive line heavily in the draft. Brad Holmes is a little unpredictable.

      No other Panthers skill player started 15 games and only 3 others started in double digit games. He was kind of the only guy to throw to and despite Young’s struggles, Thielen actually had the 7th highest catchable target rate in the NFL, presumably because of his low ADOT. Also let’s be honest a lot of this was probably against prevent coverage when they were losing. Solid season but he’s an aging WR2 at best for the future and you aren’t going to build around him as a focal point. Probably a bottom 5 team in terms of their top weapon, Carolina still needs like 2.5 WRs and a TE because Chark is not a separator, Mingo is not a separator and Marshall Jr, Shenault, Smith-Marsette, Tremble & Thomas might as well be non-factors. The FAs they signed last year are all past their prime and their young guys aren’t going to have much of a prime. It’s desolate.

    Just a counter to what you said about the Commanders needing to draft an edge rusher in the first 40 picks: I don’t think that it is necessarily important to prioritize that this year. Assuming they draft a quarterback at pick two, Washington has seen so many quarterbacks come and go over the last two decades that I think it is much more important to solidify the offense before even thinking too much about dumping resources too heavily anywhere else. Rookie quarterbacks don’t win Super Bowls, so if a rookie quarterback is put in the best spot to succeed in year one, then focusing on rounding out the rest of the team in year two is probably better for long term success in my opinion. Obviously, there are many directions the team could go, but most fans I know would be ecstatic doubling up on OL in round two or something similar depending on who is available.

    With Kingsley Enagbare out with an ACL injury, the Packers will need an EDGE in the draft. The Packers should go after RB Trey Benson. The Packers did excellent in the post season, a place where no one expected them to be. They got there through the draft, and through the draft, they will continue to grow. It's a plus for the Packers to be so young, and got that playoff experience. If Gute can evaluate draft prospects properly, then he won't need to pick up a Free Agent.

    • @SuperShoe11
      @SuperShoe11 3 месяца назад

      I disagree about needing an edge. Going to the 4-3 our edge guys become DEs and I think Gary, Van Ness, and Preston handle the move easily, but I think Karl Brooks still thrives on the end as well and Wooden seems too light for the interior. Enagbare will come back eventually and I don't think replacing him as a backup is that pressing of an issue.
      I'd be fine with Benson, but I think I'd rather have Jaylen Wright or Marshawn Lloyd cause I think they're a bit more shifty like Jones than Benson and I think they were rated higher at pass protection and as receivers.
      Off ball linebacker becomes a huge need with the 4-3 switch especially with Campbell most likely a cut candidate we only got 2 guys manning 3 spots currently and McDuffie is still just a good backup in my opinion.

    • @n8ball02
      @n8ball02 3 месяца назад

      @@SuperShoe11I think your over thinking the move to a 4-3. Most teams are rarely in the base package as nickel has basically become base where a CB subs for an OLB. A slot CB or S that can cover will man a 4-3 OLB spot most of the time. There are 4-3 teams out there that never have a 3rd LB on the field.

    • @SuperShoe11
      @SuperShoe11 3 месяца назад

      @@n8ball02 Even so, I think we're better off at DE than linebacker with McDuffie as the other starter currently. And secondary is the largest need of the defense.

    My hope for the Giants: Tag/Extend McKinney and let Saquon test the market. (I think he'll be back, but if not, I wouldn't be surprised if a fresh start is beneficial on both sides.) Sign a right guard worth a damn who can mask the avalanche of mistakes that Evan Neal will certainly have until he proves otherwise. Maybe a mid-tier edge to pair with Kayvon because Ojulari seems to get hurt every other day and can't be counted on.

    Lions don’t have to extend st.Brown or Goff this off season at least present the facts. Also because they are 1year away you would have to include Sewel as part of that or an option if they do. Which I get doesn’t mean they will or won’t but you say it like they have to 😂 be honest. Also Sewel was apart of that first draft with st.brown Hutch was the yr after. Know what your talking about at least 😅 maybe actually list the teams cap space if you are going to talk about it because 50-60 mil available hell yeah we can afford a top free agent. Will Holmes? We will see.

    This is absolutely ridiculous for the Bears.
    There's literally no option but keeping Justin Fields, trading the pick for a haul, drafting Marvin Harrison Jr, getting Jackson Powers Johnson and we're not focusing on DI and DE, DeMarcus Walker has been very starter worthy with Sweat on the other side. Did we already forget how well the Bears defense has been in the second half of the year. Additional draft capital means an edge in the 2nd/3rd round.
