I make one almost exactly the same, a little tip, when slicing the chix , do not cut it in 2 pieces, slice in and leave about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch attached and butterfly it or open like a book, then put your fillings in, fontina is a very tasty,easy melt cheese, and i also like to place in fresh spinach leaves, they do not have a lot of taste after frying, but add a lot of vitamins and iron to get some health benefits out of your meal. The other ingredients are great, and the cooking procedure/technique is the same as in the video.
it looks like one or two more minutes into the pan would have been better, the chicken looks like it's not fully baked. But it's true i like really cooked meat ^^

Is that a slang term for something or did you really find a band aid in some item ?, and if so, please tell me it was your band aid that came off while making this. My wife and i went out to eat with another couple about 6 months ago, and the other lady in the couple found a half polished artificial fingernail in her salad. That is sick.
