I could not figure out how to open the baffle and didn't want to force anything and break it. thx
You don’t have to mess with that “flap” at all. Just grab the identical handle on the opposite side of the bag top and pull both apart. Easy-peasy. The whole thing is just poorly designed, especially that “baffle“ do-dad.
