+1000 for Kriega - their bags and tail packs are legendary. I've had the US-10 and US-20 for my bikes for years, and they're bulletproof.
A couple of years back I accidentally caught one of the aluminium strap hooks in my car door and mangled it pretty badly. Emailed Kriega asking how much a spare one would be and they just sent me a new one, no charge, no problem - proper customer service and it wasn't even a fault with their equipment.
    Customer for life!

I've crashed off-road with it numerous times, and wear it on literally every ride and when I hose it off every once in a while it looks pretty much brand new. Not a single stitch out of place. It's comfortable, durable, waterproof and pretty much anything else you can think of. I really can't say enough good things about it. It's literally THE perfect backpack for riding.
