I love how you show the alternate block, so many choices. We all can imagine different ways to use them. Especially when you show the completed block in repeat for a single project. You have so much creativity @Kendall Taylor. Thank you for sharing your work with us 😍💕
I'm glad the alternate was offered. Both are great blocks but the second block was definitely a bot more straight forward. In repeat, they both make striking quilts. Thanks, Kendall for taking on the FPP.
A fpp tip from another creator is that she uses a tracing wheel to go over the lines. Then she can place the fabric over the space needed easily because she can see the lines from the back side of the paper. I have not tried because I don’t have the tool. I just pin and hold up to light.
I absolutely LOVE this block! I've never seen it before and it looks very complicated. As usual, you make it look so doable. Thanks, Kendall! Can't wait to try this one.
That first block was striking! The second block looked a bit like a butterfly. I enjoyed your tutorial as always ! 😊🩷 As spooky season is upon us I liked the purple and black nails 👍
What? Love the star wars reference! You are fun to watch! Glad you confirmed my aversion to paper piecing, although you did make it look less intimidating. I don't like all the tiny steps. Bless you for the alternative block, it's a nice block on its own. Well done!
That red and white block is stunning! Great job Kendall!🎉 Ooh, here comes the alternate -- so many choices - your color sense is spot on. What would we do without the big boy/girl pants? 🤪
Foundation paper piecing is intimidating to me, but I'm going to try with your no-fuss instructions. I will also try to make a 4 patch and add the HSTs. I know it will be a little wonky that way. Thanks Kendall.😊
I love how you show the way ""everyone"" does it, but then you tell us why you don't and do it your way. I don't have an accuquilt, but I have quite enjoyed the way you try to include every way you can make the blocks PS. For some reason, it won't let me order from you as I am in the us, I would love to get the Fpp for the butterfly quilt and one of your shirts also I did send you an email I know that you are on vacation so whenever you get to it

Good morning .. Kendall thank you for the alternative block... I really appreciate it..
I like the alternate block. It works well with the fussier blocks but is quite handsome on its own.
I love the way your printable pages come in the different ways. New to accuquilt (I do have 8” qube), it makes my life so much easier.
Thank-you for the blocks and detailed instructions! I like that you’ve included an alternate block option and Accquilt dies 😎
Thank you for another marvelous week. I like both of these blocks so will probably make both. Have a marvelous week and will see you again next week.
Thank you! You too!

You can do it!
Love both blocks, thank you Kendall!
This is a great demo of paper piecing!! Thank you. And I love the bonus block too!!
You are so welcome!
Beautiful blocks! The alternate block is a lovely churn dash variation!
Thank you for sharing with us. I especially like the alternate blocks along with repeat suggestions.
Glad you like them!
I'll be doing the alternate! Thank you for the choice.
Oh my! I missed a couple of videos. Look at those beautiful blocks!!
Of, course, I watched to the end! I love the alternate block partly because I don't fancy FPP! Great tutorials!
Awesome! Thank you!

Thank you for the FPP. I will save the alternative block for later.
Love it!!
Thank you!!
They were great!!!
Great job Kendall....
Thank you so much for the alternate block ❤❤❤

FPP is fussy that’s for sure. You can get some quite amazing results though and the accuracy is wonderful!
Enjoyed
Great block and video, 5hank 6ou.
Thank you 👍
I am thinking of doing a table runner from the 2nd block...maybe a Fall and Christmas.

I think the foundation paper sure makes this block very accurate
Indeed and opens up more intricate designs.

question I have the 9" Qube set. Is there away I can make the bonus block with the 9 Qube. What smaller set would go with the 9 Qube set.
You would use the same shape numbers. Your block will finish at 13.5” (14” unfinished).
