I love this . I went from making 12.50/h to 15.00/h . To making 25.75/26.75$ as an LPN my take home for the entire year is going to be estimated at 72,000/yr . The biggest check I got as an LPN so far is 3,650/biweekly . I also had worked 140 hours . I make about 5300/month . The money is definitely possible and if I worked overtime consistently I could have hit well over six figures . I grossed just 32k last year and to make a whole 40k more is just astounding to me . Keep doing what you do ;)
The money is for sure awesome and I hope with the RN I’ll only go up from there too :3 I didn’t have school and stuff I’d definitely pick up more for the OT :3
It is hard at times but so so rewarding :) I really do love working with the patients, I am also at the lower end of the income spectrum cuz I’ve only been a nurse for 2 years, the longer you work the more you get paid for experience so sky is the limit!!
To net 4K a month from 12-15 months school is great. I did lpn first before going on to RN and I work in home care shift work not visiting I love home home care ton of hours one on one with my patient and I was doing well when I was a lpn and revived a raise when I got my RN 6Yrs ago and as long as you stay within you means and don’t take on unnecessary bills then you can live comfortable, get a good car, and take trips now that the traveling has boomed many nurse both lpn and RN travel. My industry is short to so I’ve normally work 50hrs a week it sounds like a lot but when it’s one on one there are certain stressors you don’t deal with typical nurses at my agency work 60hrs a week at my current rate 60hrs a week would put me in the six figures annual
I agree!! I really love home care that’s where I plan to go when I graduate I think. Budgeting is for sure important and not living like you’re rich lol 😂
Thank you so much I am in the state of Michigan now :3 but when I first got my license I was in California :) that’s an amazing wage for a CNA you’re killin it!!
@@BreeMarieRN I love it I’m a CNA going for my LPN but as a CNA I love it because I have 3 kids I can take family trips without asking anyone could I be off if my kids are sick I just don’t pick up any shifts until they are better and it’s very good money 25+ an hour when I get my LPN I’ll definitely get the training and then move to LPN agencies
As long as your bills are paid, and you have everything you need, you ARE rich!
Exactly :3

How do you balance school and work?
It’s hard LOL 😂 I just do school when I can whether it’s an hour or so before work or a few hours after work I do what I can xD

Quick question, what state are you in? I'm in CA and make $35ph as a CNA. Thank you for sharing your LPN wage. I just subscribed.

Omg $35??? How?? Registry?
Have you looked into agency you can make that 2000 in a week and pick your own schedule
I have not @-@ but I also have bad anxiety about jumping into new workplaces constantly, how is it for you?

How long was ur lpn course and cost please
It was 18 months and 36 grand :3 I have a video going way into more depth about what the program was like too :D
I need your checks! 😂
LOL 😂
I have a question I want to start on the road to become a LPN but do I have to be vaccinated is that a requirement to even really start?
I wouldn’t say it’s a requirement but I would recommend getting your shots up to date yes because clinical sites want you vaccinated
Thanks for giving me the heads up I couldn’t really get a answer so again thank you
What state do u work as a lpn?
I currently work in Michigan :)
Are you at the hospital or SNF
Snf :3
