Hi Ted, Can I ask A couple of question how is the settings for your regulator ? and how many shots per fill you have? with your doble bottle setting.
I just have my FX MK2 no power plenum and i'm curious of how much power and accuracy can I have before buy the extra bottle and adapter.

Pretty sweet. I like my FX rifle but, have had so many issues with it and very poor customer service that I'll never own another one.
My FX is the Streamline. After a week of ownership the laminate stock cracked and FX claimed it wasn't covered under warranty, only if it showed up that way. It was only a week old. I've had a regulator leak and the threaded disc that holds the valve assembly together came undone allowing the valve to shoot out and in to the regulator body. Luckily, there was no damage and I could just disassemble the rifle and put everything back the way it was suppose to be. Yeah, they streamlined the process alright, completely skipped the quality control. Now that I have everything sorted out I really like it but, I shouldn't have had to go through all that effort just to have the rifle shoot the way it should have right out of the box. I believed all the hype about the smooth twist barrel. I have other rifles with Lothar Walther barrels that are just as accurate. The only way I'm buying another FX is if I get a really good deal on one and don't mind a project before I can shoot it. I think they are getting by on their name so far but, that name won't mean anything if they don't take care of their customers.
Matthew Hayslett, I was seriously considering an Impact or a Crown. Since my experience with FX I have shifted my focus elsewhere and for just a little more money, I am looking at the Red Wolf from Daystate. Don't get me wrong, I love my Streamline, now that I have been through every part of the rifle myself to make it right.

Just had an fx streamline synthetic arrive broken in half. Airgun depot wouldn't answer the phone ,return calls or respond to emails with anything other than a auto generated message. I emailed fx america and they got back to me in 10 minutes, replaced the broken stock (upgraded me even) , mailed it priority and I had it three days later. Hopefully this wasn't a fluke and they are improving customer service. I was surprised to read the comments here after my experience went so smooth.
Dude I highly recommend you don't get FX guns from Airgun Depot, why? Well when I got my MK1 .25 Wildcat a year or two ago from them it was leaking, then guess what, bought another one, same exact thing, leaking from day one. You could say wildcats have this problem after a while but immedietely and not just the first but second one? Unheard off... Anyways getting wildcat .25 MKII compact from airguns of arizona next week with smooth twist x.

If you like your new mags your going to love s field-pro speed loader from the boys at whiskey68 I picked up 2x rather then picking up lore mags and man are they worth it and I will be picking up a few more and some for every caliber kit I get for sure!!!

It great video Ted it will not be long before impacts are hard lined to a 11ltr aqua lung yeah you the hp line but no more draining n refilling just connect n shoot a couple of thousand pellets even in 40/80fpe. 30 call great shooting bud keep those target's scared

You should be using "Edelmann Rika" targets from Germany. They cut very clean holes even with round head pellets. I get my targets from Champion's Choice. When I shoot groups, I turn the target over and put a small dot as an aiming point. the groups are very easy to measure.

I'm using a .25 Crown ATM but I'm considering relegating it to 75 yards and grabbing a .30 Impact for 100 yards.

Ted if you would staple your target to a piece of cardboard you would circumvent the tearing of your targets. All holes would be nice and neat and your groups would be very simple and measure---and never ever staple your target(s) because the impact of your pellets would splinter the would which would tear target

If its windy the .30 wont be affected as much as you obviously expect, and if it was too windy, you wouldnt even shoot in the first place x)
I’ve watched all of your videos and you are awesome, love your vids! I just received my mk2 30 cal impact and you say to drop the reg to 100 ish bar and try to get 20fps over your target. When i decrease the FPS to desired my desired FPS, Am I trying to do this with as little hammerspring as possible or am I doing it mainly with closing the valve? I don’t know $@%/ about tuning this thing, mainly guessing at how to properly drop to the power level (860ish) I’m looking for. Not even sure that is where it should be for the 44gr. Jsb’s. Any advice would be appreciated.

Right now I'm using NF med rings but they set up really low. What rings are you using? I was going to change to NF High rings, but wondered if X-high would be better?Thanks for any help.
Hi TED, i'm a follower of you since a few time. Next week i'm going to buy the new impact x, for shooting long distance, more than 100meters, and i have a doubt. In .25 caliber, is the comercial smooth twist x 700mm the best for shooting Jsb or fx diabolos at long range or you think that i`ll buy a smooth twist with another groove turn of the barrel?
And in .22 caliber what do you think for the new comercial barrel smooth twist X, better that I change it or is it going well?.

Have you considered going over to the dark side, switching to helium? I kinda hated my Kral puncher until I started using helium, now I love it, tank filling logistics can be a bit challenging, but that extra 10-15% velocity is hard to argue with.

How would you rate the "Benjamin Marauder .25" compared to the AMERICAN TACTICAL NOVA FREEDOM .22 (Nova Vista Multi-Pump) ? Other than the obvious caliber difference. Basically, one will be a Christmas gift to my buddy (he's on a tighter budget). I'd LOVE to get a pair of the rifle you used at the RMAC, but I'll be happy with something in the $300-$500 range with decent range and accuracy.
The reason I ask is I'm looking for a couple solid PCP rifles for myself and a devil dog. We're both disabled vet's but we still like to shoot. I'm not sure if it's doing something with like-minded people, the comradery or what. Basically, we're left with unhealthy coping mechanisms and a dark sense of humor. We saw the video of you defending you Swallows against the raider Sparrow - we want to be part of that solution. ;-)
My experience is with a Remington 700 7MM Mag. I don't shoot it much, until close to hunting season - just too expensive. His experience is with... well, whatever Uncle Sam put in his hands.
If you're ever out near Barstow, CA... not much here but we have a nice sooting range.

Your camera mic seems better at showing how loud firearm gunshots really are. All the other RUclips channels that focus on firearms don't seem as loud as it was on this video.

Ted if you would staple your target on to cardboard your pellets would cut holes instead of tearing large hole on your target. That way your groups could be accurately measured....... just saying

Class set up...good shooting as usual..I shoot at printing card at long distance pinned to a 6×2 it stops paper pulling hole bigger. I get it from work not sure what grade it is. Try it out

have you try it with slugs and the new slug liners?
Print your own targets on 65 lb paper and mount on Gorilla Board. You will have clean edges to measure your exact group size.
Is there any .30 caliber magazine for the FX Impact that the FX Hy-Bred slugs fit into ?. Because they DON'T fit in the Side Shot magazines. As they are to long. I don't have a factory FX .30 caliber magazine to try. I'm am also still wondering about HY-Bred slugs for the .35 caliber. That Jon at FX Plainly said in his Original sales blog on the FX .35 caliber Impact that FX will be coming out with. Or was that a bunch of BS.

What pellets and velocity are you using here ? Nice shooting. I have the.25 and .30 x 700m barrels for my old impact. My replacement, power upgrade HUMA regulator will be here this week. 145-190 bar. Might fire slugs well when the liners arrive ? Good video.
