This guy saved me lol. I was also looking at the reputability of the article and was impressed. But I sensed something was fishy and this video confirmed that completely. Thank you! I just wish there was a recommendation for an actual quality/cheap pair of BLB glasses.
EDIT: Could you also do a test of blue light screen filters like 'f.lux'? I am curious to see the spectrum emitted by a yellow screen like that. I have heard they are useless but in theory, it should be the same as wearing yellow-tinted glasses.

Thanks for putting this out there! I had just ordered a cheapo pair off of aliexpress, since I figured it would be the same as one of these expensive pairs. Glad I only spent a few dollars on them.
Will any yellow lens do, or is there varying quality?
Also, is using f.lux or red light filters on screens adequate for night time use?
