Excellent info on the tracks history, my 9 year old son was practicing and then racing at fulbeck last weekend with Rookie racing. This coming Tuesday he will be doing the afternoon practice sessions at Pfi from 4pm till 9pm, the track looks so professional compared to some of the others he's been to. Just a quickie I'm now at the point where my son is wanting his own Kart and I feel he is ready for it considering he's done nearly a year of indoor karting with the academy and now transitioned over to outdoor karting, but can't decide which kart to get him, project one offered me a nearly new 2023 regs ready Cadet kart for £4000 with both a set of dry & wet tyres + kart trolley does this sound a little expensive for nearly new? But also Rookie racing are offering a monthly subscription to there services for £450 a month which equals £5400 for the year, which is basically arrive and drive with training, but I still have to pay track fees I believe.
Thank you for the kind comment on the video. Ultimately it depends if you wanna go 4stroke or 2stroke racing. What have Project 1 offered you exactly? I’d say there are far better deals out there for beginners than £4000 imo
The message said this below. (FROM PROJECT ONE. The kart will be a Used Kart from us which will be like new, 950 with new regs engine and a completely ready to go with wet/slick tyres/trolley/data logger ect for £3420+vat, also we will do a mechanical maintenance and kart set-up and your son will have a full day testing here at bayford meadows). Thats all the info they gave me. If you have a better option or opinion I would love to hear of any help or advice what to go for.
thanks for this. i never raced there?? i didnt even know it existed. now its high on the must visit list. summer is coming. lets see what 5 stone and 5 years out the seat actually looks like lol
Thanks a lot man! I’ve put more effort into this video than I have in any of my other ones and that includes the racing part of it 😂 I know it’s not perfect but it’s a try
We race there all the time. But I think you mean crashmasters. These kids maybe quick, but special awareness and fair racing is not on most kids agendas, and treat a race like bumper cars at the fair!
@@Wolemid that’d be amazing - I’m not even that bothered if we can’t compete I just want to be allowed to at least test there. When I asked on in the AlphaLive chat at Kartmasters they said it’s nothing to do with noise, safety or speed - just simply that Paul doesn’t like them 🤷♂️
Interesting ......but...... Mate!!!......... ...Vestappen???!! the GOAT Max Verstappen and for now 3 times WC deserves to spell his name correctly!!! you must be smashing your head now😂😉 Anyway...good luck on the future videos
can't wait for the worlds at PF later this year. Turney better bring it home for the UK🙏
I’ll be going down for finals day 🎉
@@Wolemid yeah same probably

It’s a great track to experience even in Rental karts if you can’t got your own one ☝️
Hell of a track ! Nice but can be super anoying sometimes 😅
True that!
very interesting video. Would definitely watch more of these, my vote is for Ellough! Not quite the scale of PFi though...
Thanks man! Ellough has had tonnes of updates. I think I’ve probably driven on every layout they have had 😂
Just posted a new one :)
Rissy would be a good candidate, great track
Your right! I’ll be going there in a month or two myself so I can get some of my own footage for it! Thanks for the suggestion

@@Wolemid Getting better and better with each video. Love the podcast stuff too. Keep at it
Thank you man ❤
what track is next.!? Rye house ?
Tbh the video has gone down way better than expected. Rye house could be the next one because of its history. Maybe Buckmore 🫠

i dont know... i watched the 0 PLATE races live stream this weekend just gone. driving standards looked high. even the younglings
Sam, how are you doing? I randomly came across this video on RUclips out of nowhere. Hope you are well.
Hey man! All good thank you. Yourself? Glad to see that RUclips Algorithm has thrown me randomly at you 😂
@@Wolemid I am good thank you. Good to see your lad is following in your footsteps
It’s still annoying that they don’t allow KZ/shifters here
I believe there is talk of kz running there next year. I found some information whilst doing the research for the video
