- So... I may have gone back to Goodwill this weekend and found so many amazing books! I also went over to the antique store for their Labor Day deals and found some incredible vintage fiction! Check it out!

Wow what a fun book haul. I usually never find anything at Goodwill but I think I'm gonna go to a couple of them this week lol. I think the Sweet Valley books are fun and addicting, there are some spooky theme ones you might like. I have a couple of the Nightmare Room books but they are definitely harder to find out in the wild lol.

Wow I actually can’t believe your goodwill finds! I’m super jealous because my goodwills officially stopped selling books…
They STOPPED selling books?! That's such a bummer... I wonder if they've taken those sales online. That's so sad to me. I will say though, these Goodwills where I live are NOTHING compared to the Goodwills in Oregon that I've been to before. They have SO many books it's incredible.
I read one book by Wylly Folk St John called Ghost Next Door, and I absolutely loved it! I have a couple of other books by her I need to read. She seems to have wrote quite a few childrens mystery/horror books back in the 70s.
My Name Is Evil is pretty decent. The Nightmare Room series in general is very underrated.

Chandu the magician is a old time radio show think doctor strange but with him being based in ancient Egypt instead of Tibet, and he’s all about the power of the mind unlocking potential the mind instead of using magic spells. They called the magician because he’s unlocked the secrets of the ancients according to the radio show, but you never actually cast spells.
I started reading it last night and it's really interesting so far. I can totally see the Doctor Strange connection to Chandu.
The animorphs series aired on Nickelodeon in the 90’s about the same time as shows like cousin skeeter a few others I don’t know how many seasons it went but it did air
