I’ve rarely met a dog I didn’t like and I’m sure Buddy would have been no exception. Mutt though he may have been, I detect some Smooth Collie in him. A lesser known coat variation. We’re on our third and they are just that trainable. He could probably learn to break-dance.
I've had collies for over 35 years and totally agree, I very high degree of smooth collie in Buddy. They are very trainable and low key just like that.

The man taught the dog, not the other way round. So it’s a bit strange to declare the dog having more wits than a human being. I get that you probably love dogs but usually people with your line of thinking tends to sleep with animals. Weird😂

Sorry, but burning and torturing a living being with a live flame is not cute, funny, or worthy of being viewed for entertainment. It is cruel. The roach moved because the flame was burning it, causing it pain. This is straight up cruelty. Could we do that to a cat or dog? No? Why not?
