    HOW-TO Run this Sports Training Drill:
    Set up several Mini Cones 5 yards apart in a zig-zag pattern.
    Place the Lateral Resistor Pro around your ankles.
    Place the Recoil 360 around your waist.
    Shuffle to each cone at a 45° position.
    Partner will maintain resistance with the Recoil to one side.
    Recoil 360 will resist and assist helping you develop a strong base of support, posture and body control.
