I have protein shake mix that has collagen and I use unflavored collagen in my coffee. Been doing that for 2 years. Hopefully it helps prevent the dreaded hair loss. I'm in my 7th week of Mounjaro. Thanks for sharing all of the info that you share.
Protein and collagen have been a constant for quite a while. Way before starting MJ/ZB. Plus, i use red light therapy to my scalp.
Love the red light therapy and my Comfier scalp massager from Amazon. Homemade bone broth with meals.
It def causes hair loss. I had a nice head of hair 4 months into the med and even after stopping it my hair has been falling out

It didn’t take 3 months for my hair loss to show up. A lot of the things that you talked about I struggle with especially first few days after shot. I’m trying to do better. Protein is hardest thing to get any in for me.
Me too. It started within a few days of my 1st shot! I only did 3 shots because the hair loss was terrifying.
I’ve stopped now but the hair loss hasn’t stopped. Once it’s triggered, it keeps shedding.
It is not the drug Mounjaro is the lack of nutrients likely!❤
Sadly I have had pretty good hair loss on this journey. The one thing I regret is not starting a collagen/biotin supplement early enough. :(

I don't think it does cause hair loss, I think it's the weight loss that causes the hair loss. In my opinion. And I have researched this....
