We're actually releasing Foothold in a few days! A trailer should be coming out soon. Also I had no idea Kris Murray was working on an Exodus game. I'm really looking forward to As One We Survive but I hope the team doesn't overextend themselves to get it released. I'd rather wait longer for a finished game than to receive an unfinished one.
Thanks for featuring us in there, Joseph! Since this video came out we've added 2 new games, a video series & more comics! Love seeing the Christian gaming space thrive 🩵
Great Job, Joe! Actually, we launched the ONE of 500 Prologue in December 2023 for our Community. 🙂We give away 500 Early Access Steam keys on our website and Discord. But we'll send you one over directly 🚀 Keep up the good work! 💪
I discovered this channel a few days ago, and I have to say, I'm impressed by how thoroughly you seem to know the Christian video games industry! Have you ever checked out Noah VR or Cede? I'm not sure if either of these have release dates yet, but I get the impression they're still alive and pretty look pretty interesting. There's also an online Christian game for kids called Lightgliders. You might already know about these, but I just wanted to make sure they were on your radar. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the kind words! I've heard of 1 or 2 of those before, but I'll have to check them out to refresh my memory. Glad you're enjoying the content :)
Revelation is also working on Eden Remains: Arrival which looks really cool as well. All these companies really need to get a presence on Steam to have any chance at success. So hopefully those that do not currently will eventually. Stinks the studio that made Guardians of David dissolved as that was an excellent ARPG and I would love to see more Christian themed ARPG games.
I have been waiting for this day since the moment i asked 'why aren't there any good christian games?' it's nice to see that we've stepped up and started putting quality games out there I can't WAIT to play these games and to join the fray i'm so excited...
I think i speak for all christians when i say- "take my money" I dont care what thr subject matter or game genre is. If its christian, im buying. Support the body! 💰
The Moses one is called from Egypt to the promised land and the Noah one is just called Noah they look really good though can’t wait for them to come out
I would like to see a biblical game that covers the old and new testament. And I'm talking about a mature rated game being that if we're being honest the Bible isn't exactly a PG13 book... I'm not talking about going around collecting foreskins or anything but it'd be cool to play as king David slaying his tens of thousands of Philistines assassins creed style 😮
Most of these games seem promising, but I think that the one that might be the most successful that are out of all of them that are in this video will be As We Are One. Yes, it might be in a crowded kind of field when it comes to video games, but, at the very least, it could be like a Kingdoms of Amaleur: Reckoning/Remastered type game, that is, while it did not reinvent the wheel, it is certainly a solid game that is worth your time playing, and, barring something major, that is exactly how the series of events will be going to happen to As We Are One. I am not saying that is a bad thing per se, but it is better to have a solid and good quality game than it is to peddle an agenda and make a bunch of empty promises that do not pan out in the end. The fancy 3D games I honestly know too little about, that is, Bible X, Aiden and the Secret World, Exodus: God of the Slaves, and 1 Out of 500, so that kind of makes myself anxious to say something about them in depth yet, and it also makes me uneasy in that Star Citizen/Squadron 42 sort of way, which I highly dislike feeling that way about video games. Finally, as for that TruPlay app, if they really want attention, then they could just simply get all of the online things, features, and games that are on the app, go the Mega/Rock Man X DiVE Online/Offline route, then just put all of the app games on one or two video games that are actually video game compilations (which companies like Capcom, SNK, Atari, Intellivision, and Midway/WB Games, among others, have proven to work to mostly glowing reviews in the past), and, by doing that, the TruPlay games would reach a wider audience easier.
One of 500 looks amazing, Aiden looks good, Gate Zero I'm already waiting on... the problem I have is that when you take the best Christian game and put it up against the best games in general they just don't measure up. I really wish the Christian community would figure this out. There has to be good developers who are also Christian, we need solid games to bring the message not to Christian gamers who buy because they are Christian games ... but to reach everyone. We need something good enough that even the secular world will look twice. So many times I can tell it's a Christian game just from how it looks, like 90's early 2000's. But I want them to succeed, which is why I hope they do better. God bless all those doing this work.
Yeah, I agree that Christian games can take a different approach to reach the general audience. We're still learning and growing, but we'll find our stride at some point!
How would you feel if there was a Christian game based on Mortal Kombat and the Injustice Games? A fantasy fighting Christian game with the same fighting type gameplay as those games from Neatherrealm Studio but a really good storyline with well developed characters and maybe some DLC with characters from other Christian media, I wish Nightcrawler got his chance if that were to happen but the fact Disney killed religion in most of their Marvel characters or practically abandoned most of them, yeah. I mean Nightcrawler's story showed that he was raised by German Monks in a monastery and he found God. right?
@@Monkastery Yeah except making video games ain't my strong suit. I am doing stories however with my characters in my very own world. I was inspired by Undertale and My Singing Monsters to create the Underground Kingdom of Edenitus. I do my content mostly on Rumble now for it and I also made a Facebook Page for my brand, I'm still doing development on my work.
If you have Android, there are several options. (Unfortunately, it's probably not possible if you have an iPhone( 1. Google Play has an application that lets you play certain games natively on PC. TruPlay probably isn't on that list, though. 2. You can connect your phone to your PC and Screencast, but this will likely be slow and laggy. 3. You can install an Android emulator and sign in to your account and run your Android games on PC through that.
🔥🔥🔥 Thanks for the coverage, Joseph! So cool to see the progress of Christian video games in 2023 and all the great things being worked on!
Love you guys!!! Wishing Gate Zero / Bible X the best!!
Looking forward to YOUR game! 😀
Thank you so much for your kind words about The Serpent & The Seed, Joseph! We’re so excited to get to the point where we can share it with the world!
Keep up the good work, Andy! Glad you enjoyed the video!
I hope so much this reaches out to more people!!!!!!

I would like to thank everyone who follows Jesus Christ! I am so tired of every game these days being satanic or atheist.
Yeah!!
Who knows if in the future I create my own, for having in this list

That could be an interesting concept! I always say, if people have ideas, go for them and see how they turn out!

Is there a way to play TruPlay on PC?

Ia DOOM a good Christian game?
I'm actually posting a video about that right now ;) consider checking it out!
@Monkastery it was a pretty good video. Surprised you get so little views, your production quality is really good!
The best game you can play is the game of real life.
Hehe yes
Sorely lacking games for the marvels of scripture.... guess it is time "Fine, I'll do it myself".
Haha, pretty much
