I get debilitating migraines. They can last for days and usually include nausea and vomiting. I found this video out of desperation one time on day 2 of an excruciating migraine that was not affected at all by meds, caffeine, or other remedies. I did this video and was in shock when my migraine started going away when you asked to imagine breathing in through the areas of tension. I imagined breathing in through the spots of my migraine and it started to go away. I did the video a few more times and my migraine was gone. It was unbelievable. Now I have this video saved and I do it every time I get a migraine. Sometimes it gets rid of them, sometimes it doesn't. But the fact that it can heal some of my migraines when medication doesn't touch them...is absolutely amazing to me. I wish every person with migraines would try it. I don't have enough words to thank you and tell you how grateful I am for this video. If you ever decide to do one specifically for migraines, I have some suggestions I would love to share! THANK YOU!

A great hypnotist suggested "It's impossible to panic when the body is deeply relaxed."
I used to suffer from occasional panic attack but the last time was over 2 Years ago and thought I was ready to lose it. Then as I recalled the suggestion I let go into a state of deep relaxation and the panic feelings were gone.
I do lots of relaxation and can access the state at will which has benefited me greatly.
Thanks for your version. Holding tension for such long times put me out of breath. Peace

I'm usually quite picky of what tone of voice I listen to and yours is certainly smooth, easy and relaxing. The voice tone, rhythm, tempo, the use of inflection are usually more important than words themselves. I noticed after a muscle tension moment you said the word "relax" with a very relaxing ahhhhhh tone which mad added more power to the meaning of the word. I still believe Richard Bandler is by far the best I've heard and when he says comfort, he could have said stress but feel comfortable

Great soothing video, love the water running as a background rather than music. The only drawback is when listening with headphones to cut out all other noise. The quality is poor and a strong humming noise comes on, so worse than without headphones, which is a real shame as it could be so good.

What surprised me is that though I wasn't looking for this specifally, it relaxed my body and gave me a sensation that I could use this to 1 be a little less stressed out about particular situations via breathing good in and mad out and 2 releasing pain in the form of making it worse before releasing it calmy in the bresth. In order to feel it less. I like it.

I want to share that i have always load on my shoulders and neck and back and the whole body muscles. I have a lot of negative thoughts all the time and feel no relaxation. I did not have any physical disease but due to all time stress i am losing my weight. I am 30 years old and have a lot of gray hairs since last year due to overthinking about illness. Will this help me for healing. I will be very thankful for answer. As due to always stress i feel that i am sometime unable to walk and feel a lot of strech in all my body

Between the first 2 counting breaths there is such a long pause! What am I supposed to do in between? It is too long to hold my breath but too short for one full counted breathing 😁

I really loved the parts where you told us to do different types of breathing. That puts me out sooo quickly. Could you do another video that focuses more or varied breathing and such? I would allllmost pledge you my first unborn child. :P
