Been out of work for 4 months now and had a really bad year with losing so many family and friends. Luke your channels keep me positive and help me sleep at night and keeps me grounded. You help me get outdoors when I cannot. I am a patreon member but wish I could do more to pay you back for all your content has done for me. May you receive great karma back in all you do for us. Sending strength to all those having a tough time right now. X
Another awesome video as always! I waited 4 days for rain here to camp out in and all we got was a 15 min shower during the heat of the day on Saturday and just made it miserable. I haven't been able to do a storm recording in over a month now. At least you got a good storm that I could enjoy by watching this, thank you! Watch out for that tropical storm that's hitting your area today!
There's nothing more peaceful than to be in the woods listening to the rain. I live by the beach here in Florida but I miss the days of my youth being in Alaska.
My cat also like the sound of rain, thunder and wind. He is here beside me warm and comfortable. I know he likes your video because if I change to policevideos, screams and shooting - he walks away to another room. Thankyou for sharing from Sweden. ❤😊
Hi Luke Your videos are Simply Superb I love all your gear and the colors man they are so Fantastic Beautiful ❤ especially the sceneries they are so Beautiful Calming the Rain the Trees 🌲 So very Beautiful Excellent Video 👍🌹
Luke ,we 7 siblings were brought up on a creek, approx 1 mile from nearest Hyway, on the end of a dirt road through farm land, we lived in the woods, loved it, rambled all over it too, miss it!
Luke, seems like some folks like the storm videos…. Seems to me the rainy and cold camping, the consequences, wet kit, hiking out in the cold and wet, wet video equipment, getting into your great car wet, driving in the rain, having the chore of trying to dry kit…would get old. Over the last few years some of us have grown to like you and respect your commentary. We appreciate that camping is not as easy as you make it look. We appreciate the work you put into cinematography. Personally, I’ve been tired, cold, wet, hungry, sleepy, sloppy muddy and in an unavoidable situation, for weeks, with an unknown ending. I would never wish that on you. Sometime, I’d like to see you truly enjoying camping, taking advantage of your favorite kit, staying out there for a few days, laughing and loving family…thanks, from east Tennessee.
Luke always wondered, why not put your tent at least partially under your tarp, you always use a tarp when camping and putting at least the door way of your tent under the tarp would make coming and going easier. Just me wondering. Keep up the great videos my friend.
Whenever he's testing a new tent, it's always away from the tarp. He usually explains it in his other video in the gear review. One tent failed so badly that he couldn't even sleep in it. Luckily, he was testing it close to his camper, so he ducked into there for the night.
Hi Luke! I’m subscribed to both channels, my brother you’re awesome! Were you ever a thespian? You’ve got some acting skills! And your editing is amazing! Nice work brother! STRENGTH AND HONOR my friend may you and Susie be well!! See you on the next adventure!!👍🏽💯❤️
We also had a major thunderstorm in Boise, ID, last night. I was at a campground just above Boise, testing out my gear. I was the only one there. Lightning was blinding. I bought a camp chair similar to yours at Al's Sporting Goods for $25. I know it's a knock off, but it served its purpose, and it had pockets!
Nice and quiet . Just the weather 😊 🏴 from north wales . Sunny day today and supposed to be tomorrow too . Well I’ll look through the window and check 😊 that’s how our weather is here xx
One thing I worry about is hail storms. We had hail come down One time that was the size of baseballs. I had several of those " garage in a boxes". And the hail went right through them. A person couldn't cover their windshields or their vehicles with anything because these things were coming down like artillery shells. A person would have certainly died trying to go out. And that is why I think it would be a good idea to put a tarp also over a tent. Just to make sure that there is a good buffer between a person from some of the crazy hail that can happen.
Hi Luke! I’ve watched your channels for a really long time and have always wondered why you don’t set up your tent under the tarp, especially when it’s raining. Seems like you would be more protected that way. Can you shed light on the reason it’s set up away from the tarp shelter?
I’m watching a video you did a year ago attacked by violent storms unable to leave. You asked in a video if you were in the woods and a storm came up would you stay? Would you leave? If the wind was blowing hard, then I would have to stay my reasoning for this is because I’ve already checked the area where I am staying at for widowmakers, and if I were to try to leave and it’s pretty windy, Widowmaker could fall on me because when you’re walking through the woods, you’re not always looking up you’re looking down at the ground at least that’s my opinion
Ah, you've done a green gold blue color palette in this video. You've similar schemes in other videos. I like it as a change of pace, just not for every video.
I dont understand two things about these videos. Why is it always raining and why is there so much gamma radiation in these forrests? None of the colors look right
Luke doesn't seem to realize that the point of having no-talking videos is to enjoy nature sounds, rain, wind, and animals, and NOT the sounds of zippers, pots and pans, and propane stoves. And we certainly don't want to see him turning his light on to illuminate his face. Luke, these are not about you! Please, just set your camera up and go wait in the car for an hour.

Absolutely love your videos. Keep it up
I love going on adventures with you. ❤
I just discovered your ASMR channel. I’m a video guy and really love this stuff. Keep up the great work!

Great video. I can’t get used to you not talking. Very different.
Enjoyed another great video and adventure. Really enjoyed watching
Why not the tent under the tarp
Apparently he is testing it, someone said he explained it in his other channel.
Love when you make Coffee.....
Southern most part of Canada and we really need rain here. Great video Luke
Central Northern Lower Michigan
Fire Watch in Affect here,
. No Outdoor Fires anywhere in the State of Lower Michigan. Been weeks since it rained here

I bet you love that coffee especially if you use the package to stir the coffee😂😂😂😂
Wondered when you were going to get the battery blow up tool!
I like it better when you talk feels like I'm there more.
Your surroundings are beautiful. Are you on line wolf mountain?
Send some of that rain to North Georgia
I like the videos where you talk. How's Susie?
no fire ? that is the best part of camping.
How close are you to all the rain there in North Carolina I hope you stay safe
Luke, I hope you have insurance on all that camping gear. Those are some very expensive items!

"He was keen to start his new job and make a good impression on his first day.
6:15 thumbs up with head nodding.
Coffe man
Did i look at the right upload .. we see old people walking to the bus stop in worse weather ..

Never hike or camp with Luke. It always rains heavily when he’s out. 😂 jk
Why isn’t your tent under cover with you. Why did it take so long to get your bag under cover? Dude. Be smart
I dont understand two things about these videos. Why is it always raining and why is there so much gamma radiation in these forrests? None of the colors look right
Lol. Cause there's not much happening if there's no rain, storm, snow etc.
Guy goes 100 ft off main trail from his cabin "trailor" on his property and tries to appear in the outback. lol
Why can't you put your tent under your tarp your not a camping person

I think he can do whatever he wants. It's his video. Not yours!
What weather app do you use? It looks pretty smooth running.
Sometimes I wish you would film until you get to the car 🫤 I would find it interesting for some reason 🤷♀️
Wrong show. This isn't about cars
