The last several attempts I've made at making my own bars resulted in a chocolate mixture that looks uniformly colored when melted, but then when it cools, it's one shade of brown covered in splotched of a LIGHTER shade of brown. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Pinch of salt sucks! And salted dark chocolate tastes like a sewage! I don't know what's that hype about adding salt to every sweet, but for me - it doesn't work. It just makes dark chocolate salty and decimates the actual taste of cocoa. Also, if you watch your salt intake, then you should avoid adding salt in the dark chocolate. Even 100% cacao dark chocolate tastes miles better than salted dark chocolate. I can easily savour the whole bar of 100% cacao dark chocolate in one sitting. But, dark chocolate with sea salt is disgusting to me. I'll avoid salted dark chocolate (since it tastes offensive) and eat plain dark chocolate, with cocoa content from 50% up to 100%.
i have actually tried this before and its not chocolate, you can even feel the sugar crystals its awful. anyone who is leaving a positive comment means you have not tested it...
Lovely 😊

Can you please make a video(recipe) on kitkat shake🍫 or a peanut butter 🥜 shake.
Your videos are just awesome and very helpful 😍😘

Does the chocolate stay a solid at room temperature?
Yes. With the cocoa butter, not the coconut oil.
Do we have to let the mixture sit for about 15 to 20 minutes before adding it into the mold
i wonder if i infused the butter used if my bar would be a ppt bar im guessing thats how its done i know thats how it works with gummies
Add powder milk. Steric acid to make it hard and not melt.

It's called blooming. You need to temper your chocolate if you want to minimize blooming
Can I make with just coconut oil and coco powder and honey??
Yes, this what I do. Equal amount of oil to chocolate powder. Also use date syrup or maple syrup.
Can we add condensed milk for flavouring?
