My opinion: 7/10. Not too bad. Nice urban environments in both Abingdon town centre and Oxford city centre, and you might get a scenic spot between John Radcliffe Hospital, Barton and a bit of New Marston (Northway) after JR going towards Barton Park if you're lucky. Barton Park also has very nice new homes too!
