Off topic comment but your one of my favorite RUclips channels. Look forward to every video. Not trying to blow smoke, but hopefully serve as some encouragement that you’re doing something right. And for more context most of my favorite RUclipsrs have millions of subscribers, you’re right up there for me. Keep doing it your own style, those who like it will stick around, screw the rest. Selfishly I’d love to see more outside the garage vlog content. And I miss the music from your old band. But anyways thanks for the entertainment man.
Thank you for those kind works man, I appreciate it. I put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into my videos and my cars so it means a lot to hear that. And most of all I appreciate you following along!
So glad you added the heater core. So many don't on a custom install. I just don't consider those a true-or credible street car when you start eliminating the daily necessities like heater, wipers, power steering & brakes or even AC. I for one only respect a "total package" approach. Hard to respect a one dimensional car-or person~
Like the setup. The radiator cooler is definitely a must for the 4L60e. I’m not sure if it’s a single or dual radiator fan, I kept one fan on continuously when the motor was running, and utilized that side for radiator and power steering cooling. The cooler the better.
That’s a good call, I have a dual fan so I’ll think about having on the first fan kick in early or full time. Glad to hear I made the right call about the second fan, I’m thinking about adding one to my mMstang.
72 c3 owner here. Airflow and cold case radiator has saved overheating issues. Trust me the proper radiator will make a difference. My 4-speed LT-1 liked to run hot if it was over 70° outside. Swapped radiators and now the car runs perfect with no heating issues. Good choice in adding an extra tranny cooler!
@@racinjason68 good to know. I actually have a Cold Case radiator on my Mustang and it cools it well. I’ll have to try one if I have any overheating problems.

Totally agree, if I can’t comfortably drive whatever car I build to Vegas and back I’ve done something wrong.
great idea on the blind nut fix
Thanks, that’s a trick I’ll be using again for sure

Constant on or temp set at say 140°. That way you allow a little heat on the car before pumping air across it. Same as the stock fan clutch would do.

Excellent call, as a C -3 owner airflow is an issue and every bit helps

I can't wait to see this fire up! Getting a lot closer, my friend. You're fabrication skills are great and thoughtfull.
Heck yeah man! Should be in the next few episodes. With all the custom wiring I did I’m a little nervous, not gonna lie haha.
Awesome job once again! Love watching the series.
