I used to drink large coffees with absolutely no problems from the age of 16-22, but now it gives me stomach aches and makes me feel tired and crappy. It's crazy that I could drink coffee and the only thing it did was make me poop (didn't even energize me or anything, I just drank it because I liked the smell and flavor), but then one day it was like a switch got flipped and now I can't even make it through half a small cup without feeling like absolute garbage for the rest of the day. That's not genetics otherwise I would have felt like crap when I first started drinking coffee. They need to research what's going on with people who can drink coffee fine for part of their life and then be completely intolerant to it for the rest of their lives, because even now at 25 I still feel like crap if I drink more than a few sips.
@@ephemeris9432 Similarly there are people who were not originally allergic to bee/wasp stings but later in life become highly allergic and may get anaphylactic shock.
Oh my goodness that's the same situation as mine. From 15-18 I was completely fine drinking coffee. It didn't really help me stay awake or be energized but I liked the taste and then it's like all of a sudden drinking coffee would give me really bad jitters and very bad anxiety. I still drink it occasionally (like once a month) because damn, some of my favorite drinks have coffee in them, but I do regret it for the remainder of the month before committing the same mistake again hoping it'll be different this time.
I periodically get coffee intolerance and I have to go a long time without drinking it. I get panic attack symptoms combined with a feeling of exhaustion and dizziness. After a long break I can drink it for a while until something kicks in and I start getting a bad reaction again. Green tea, black tea and even the occasional caffeinated soda are usually ok in small quantities.
The same happens to me.. today I drank a cup of coffee after not having for a few weeks and I felt a sudden exhaustion while driving and started to get anxious and panicky.. had to calm myself and it went away after an hour
Whenever I drink coffee, I have to run to the bathroom within 5 minutes because I'm about to explode.... It's kinda unpleseant, because it's like you get instant diarrhea for every cup, so I can't go to a café with friends...
I'm not sure whether it's the caffeine or not, and of course I can go to a café, but I really enjoy the smell and taste of coffee, and if everyone around me is having one, it feels kinda pointless to me ordering tea or something
I am not able to metabolize caffeine very well and I spend many years misdiagnosed with bipolar because of caffeine allergy. I was on many meds and off and on in the psych ward until finally a doctor diagnosed me with caffeine allergy... so I stopped drinking caffeine and all of my bipolar symptoms went away within just a couple of weeks. That was 3 years ago and I haven't had any problems with symptoms of bipolar since. And yes I am medication free it was all the caffeine and it destroyed more than half of my life before finally finding out the real reason for my issues.
the most upsetting thing for me is when a coffee tastes so good but my body's not having it. What a waste having to throw it all up so i endure the stomach pains, frequent bathroom trips, trembling hands, and lack of sleep (i feel giddy for like 24hrs). Everything for one cup of deliciousness yes ma'am.
My parents both drink tons of coffee, but my body can’t stand it. I don’t drink it often, but the other day I did and after a cup, my heart started beating harder and my body temperature went up a LOT. I hated it. It lasted for about 4-6 hours.
This doesn't explain why people's reaction to caffeine can change over time though. I used to be able to drink coffee regularly, now I can't even drink one cup. It has to be more than genetics that affect the body's ability to metabolize it.
I just had full blown attach after drinking coffee. I am still traumatised from it. In middle of road while walking back home all of a sudden my throat started feeling dry and my heart started palpating and I felt I was having heart attack. I had to call my colleagues to get ambulance and after all tests by all vitals and my heart was ok. They asked me what I ate or drink the whole day and I had long meetings and I was hungry and there were only Croissant and coffee and hungry me had two coffees and croissant and even had to tea before leaving work. I was short of breath, heart was beating hard, fatigue and now back from ER and looking for answers. I always had mild stomach discomfort from coffee but I was never a coffee lover and always blamed the lactose in the milk.
Sodas , chocolate, spicy foods, coffee gives me those symptoms. I was diagnosed with gerd. After many different tests like X-ray, cat scan, MRI and even an endoscopy where they looked in my throat and stomach nothing is severely wrong with me . Just acid reflux which means I have to stay away from really acidic stuff or it’ll trigger something in my body. After getting used to it I’m able to remind myself it’ll be alright after a few hours passes by , that has kept me from going to ER When I was new to this feeling it was scary and I was back and forth to the hospital because u feel like you’re dying
I once drank 2L of energy drink in an hour (or like 10 cups of coffee, caffeine wise) to test the effect on me. I felt slightly hyper, but nothing else..
I had a Grande cold brew from Starbucks today. For three hours, I was doing Heath Ledger's Joker impressions. Three. Straight. Hours. Non-stop. Accompanying that was the feeling that I needed to move forever and my heart started beating out of my chest. Then, I became incredibly self aware and anxious, trying to hide the fact that I was super hyperactive. That only led to intense jitters, a stomach ache, and I had a nervous breakdown and then i felt like i would die. Now its midnight and I can't sleep worth a damn. No more caffeine for me!! 😁
I came to this trying to find out why I overreacted horrendously to a large cup of coffee... I had the jitters, I was nauseated, and it got very hard to breathe. I also got cold sweats... I was scared... But I'm just here to learn why it happened.
I think for me it’s cause I have gerd , I had those same symptoms last night and it carried into the morning when I woke up but then it went away Hopefully it doesn’t come back since I drunk some more today
Yess. It’s not even black, lol. I’ve tried to have some sips of coffee ever the years, more than 10 yrs, but still nothing like “tolerance” got built up. I guess, its a forever no. So jelly of the energy boost effect, cause I easily feel tired.
Thank you so much for doing a video about coffee strictly from a scientific point of view (unlike Stephen Colbert who called everyone who don't drink coffee as total morons. How so???) As for me coffee gives me not only headaches but worsens my psoriasis condition so I don't drink it at all. Then again that's just me.
I like the caffeine affect and it doesn't mess with my stomach. Now in my mid fifties it just strips me of muscle and fat in a bad way. I get the message loud and clear. Other than coffee I like things like Red Bull and Yerba Mate.
Thanks for making this informative video, it helps me understand why I am the way I am. I simply cannot handle even an itsy bit of caffeine whether it is from coffee or tea.. Any source of caffeine is a no from my body to me. It makes me jittery, worsens my anxiety and makes me insomniac.
Only one combination makes me feel very bad. When I am hungry and have caffeine in my body. For example: If I drink coffee on an empty stomach, I start feeling anxious, nervous, jittery, my arms and legs are shaking. The same thing happens if I go hungry while caffeine is still in my system. For example: i drink coffee while Im full and one and a half hour later I start getting hungry. In the same moment that I start feeling hungry, all those caffeine intolerance symptoms come as well.
My body respond to caffeine very slowly but strong. I don't start feel anything until 10 hours after drinking a cup of Starbucks. I usually stay up all night and couldn't sleep until next morning. My heart was pounding, and my mind was speeding thinking about what to do tomorrow or things like my childhood memories.
Basically had coffee the first time, only one cup next thing I my heart started beating and I felt so weak felt like a panic attack. Also throw up and went to the bathroom that when I realized that I will never have coffee again. I mostly drink tea that doesn’t have no caffeine in it.
question . how come i can drink 5 cans of monster energy a day without feeling a thing , yet when i drink 1 cup of coffee i fall asleep 10 minutes after consuming it ?
I feel completely fine when I drink coffee from restaurants. I recently drank 3 cups of coffee at Denny’s and I sometimes get coffee at Starbucks, but I get really bad anxiety when I prepare my own coffee at home.. it’s really weird
Same! I have two to three small cups of coffee from the vending machine at work and I feel fine. I drink coffee at home from a machine like the ones they use in bars and restaurants, I feel anxious and my heart starts to race.
What I hate about coffee is that it makes me less focused, I feel like I can't concentrate as well and don't have the same clarity after I drink it, and I have no idea why since everyone else is apparently having the opposite effect.
its funny because all my family handles coffee very well, they even drink 1 to 3 cups a day. However I can't handle even 1 cup, and start to feel very warm in my chest, and very hyperactive. They said coffee helps them to focus but in my case it's all the way around . Damn it >:V
I drink one coffee and i go like a crackhead. I can't stop shacking and walking around like a crazy crackhead. That why i don't drink coffee and my family know i can't drink it.
For me, sometimes caffeine makes me really alert and awake, but then other times it can make me feel like Im going to have a heart attack, my body starts shaking and I want to puke

I just had like not even a coffee but a mocha fudge ice cream & I feel horribly uneasy & that’s when I landed on this video to understand what exactly it is , it’s like this weird nausea , headache & anxiousness & I just don’t wanna ever taste coffee again 😅
I feel horrible after drinking coffee, but it's only with coffee. I could drink 3 cans of energy drinks and feel fine, but just one cup of coffee makes me feel like i'm gonna get a heart attack.
Two cups of Coffee or two cans of energy drinks make me feel more focused but the third or fourth make me feel nausea, heartburn, difficulties in swallowing, and most of all; shakiness in my hands and fingers
i used to be able to drink alot of coffee in a day even almost bought an espresso machine. then i had covid and i got anxiety. Ever since then i could not drink coffee anymore, even small amounts of caffeine can get me spiraling
i got my first panic attack when i was in my english class, i came in late cause i drank my friends iced coffee that morning, it was horrible i was sweating and shaking and felt like i was gonna pass out
I’m confused because both my parents and my entire family has no problem with caffeine, but I feel sick and insanely jittery if I have any. I wonder if the fact I never had any sort of caffeine until I was probably 17 or 18 plays into the fact, like I am not as conditioned to it or something?
Okay what of you WERE able to drink caffeigne, pop, coffee etc and be fine but now you can't tolerate it at all or else you get panic attacks, adrenaline and feel like your dieing???
My dad practically lives off of coffee, if its not ready right away in the morning, he gets a tad angry. Actually, he is a caffine master, he can drink a big gulp of coffee and matcha green tea at the same time. Then he feels like a teenager again XD.
My first cup: wired My second cup: Nausea + headaches, abdominal cramping and loss of appetite. My biological brother on the other hand.....4 cups later and he's completely fine.
I love coffee, but the comedown from too much caffeine often triggers my depression and causes suicidal ideation…. That’s after just one cup of normal coffee. Green tea however is much lower in caffeine and has natural mood stabilizing properties, so it’s my go to drink. It’s also really tasty when you get used to it
Caffeine makes me feel good and satisfied for about thirty minutes to an hour, followed by about eight or so hours of irritability, scattered thoughts, impulsivity, constant ranting, sensations of intense dryness on my skin, and a general sense of agitation. Whereas literal speed (D-Amphetamine prescribed for ADHD) makes me feel calm, focused, or spacey and sedated most of the time, only occasionally making me irritable or tense. Water can usually resolve most tension and irritability I experience on Dexedrine as well. I've tried to hydrate with Caffeine but no matter how much water I drink I still feel like dogshit after drinking caffeine. I can sleep right after taking Dexedrine, whereas caffeine makes it almost completely impossible to fall asleep before the sun comes up. Pretty ironic. The only good thing about Caffeine compared to Dexedrine is the fact that Caffeine doesn't give me as many heart palpitations. But I'd say the heart palpitations are worth the ability to function. For me, Caffeine is quite possibly the shittiest stimulant. I mean Concerta(Methylphenidate, the first ADHD medication I was prescribed, essentially the same as extended release Ritalin) is also pretty shitty, all tension no focus, although it does work for some people. I'm pretty sure I have overactive adrenals or something.
I mostly drink coffee when I'm constipated 🙃 bcs coffee acts like a laxative for me lol. So I usually avoided coffee when hanging out in cafes, mostly sticking to teas or chocolates. Non coffee drinks basically. There are certain coffees from some specific cafes that my stomach can tolerate though - not sure why!
Hello you people who had coffee and feel like dying right now. This is a comment to make you feel better. Do not drink coffee again. I did because I am jealous that everyone can, but now I feel like I am going to die. Be smart!
idk if it is the problem with caffeine, but if I drink my coffee fast, then after a few hours I will feel restless, there's no extreme effects like shaking and half dying, just restlessness, extreme restlessness that last for quite a while. But my dad, he drinks coffee like, 3 times a day, and he doesn't show anything, while I can barely handle one cup a day. So uh...planning on switching to tea to see if that is any better.
I wonder what makes me feel this way in coffee. I can drink preworkout just fine, and I take caffeine pills on days when I don’t need to work out but need a pick me up but when it comes to coffee.. my body is like NOPE Anyone get this too?
I like the taste of coffee, but i just cant handle the effect. One cup of coffee is enough to ruin my entire day. I would feel like im gonna faint, cold sweating, like my heart going to fail.
I really like coffee before, like it's my favorite drink in the morning and in cold days. Later, I experience too much stress and start to have a heart problem, everytime I drink coffee my heart beats like abnormal, shorten breathe, and I can't sleep like -,- I miss drinking coffee though, what should I do, sad.
The problem becomes when you NEED the coffee because you're so tired but then because you cant metabolize caffeine as you used to - you get a bit of energy to make you feel "awake" but that comes along with all the other negative symptoms - jittery, anxiety, fast heartbeat, like you want to jump out of your skin.... Some people react better to Yerba Mate or Green Tea or even Black teas. But Coffee just tastes and smells so much better!!!
My mom and dad both drinking a few cups a day, with not a bother on them. I had 3 cups today and I had to lie down because of jitters and chronic heartburn.
Man, I used to pound coffee and energy drinks well when I had them frequently between the ages of 13-22, but since 2020 I've struggled even having one cup of coffee (I haven't had an energy drink in years, nor do I want to ever again). Some mornings I find myself fine after one cup of coffee, able to drink multiple throughout the day, and other mornings I have to lay down because of my jitteriness and nausea. I've found that coffee goes down much worse on its own than when I eat something beforehand. I'm 25, and usually drink coffee in cycles (I'll go a few months to a year without a cup). Maybe I've become desensitised, and lowered my tolerance by taking breaks. No clue. I loooove the small and taste of coffee however, and I'd be pretty upset if I had to give it up. It would be more than worth it for my health though. (I also try not to consume anything with caffeine past midday as to not interrupt my melatonin production.)
Im never drinking coffee again , my body feels weak i feel like crying and i feel like im gonna die but im glad that im not the only one who feels like this and wish me luck i will try random things and update in a few hours if it helped or not Update: i drank water and milk and rested for a bit i feel a bit better and my legs stopped shaking
i feel like i get a heart attack when i get ANY amount of cafine in my system. chcoloate contains so less cafeine that the packaging doesn’t even mention it, but when i start eating chocolate it goes COMPLETELY WRONG.
I can only handle one cup of coffee per day and it has to be in the morning. If I push and have another one later in the day, I would have heart palpitations, body tremors and will be wide awake at night. Sad.
I feel like fainting, my body starts to shiver, and I want to throw up, and that's only 1 cup

It's the same for me, this is why I prefered to stop consuming it.
That's cause it approximatively needs 20 minutes to have effects
just endure the first 30 minutes and it will you feel good afterwards

It's crazy that I could drink coffee and the only thing it did was make me poop (didn't even energize me or anything, I just drank it because I liked the smell and flavor), but then one day it was like a switch got flipped and now I can't even make it through half a small cup without feeling like absolute garbage for the rest of the day. That's not genetics otherwise I would have felt like crap when I first started drinking coffee. They need to research what's going on with people who can drink coffee fine for part of their life and then be completely intolerant to it for the rest of their lives, because even now at 25 I still feel like crap if I drink more than a few sips.
reminds me how some people eat dairy fine till some part of their lives but suddenly ( or gradually?) become lactose intolerant as they get older....
Completely the same with me ,I have to make pauses of like 3 weeks not drinking it
Your example shows that it's more than just genetics, as obviously you genes are not changing over time.
3XX0N you can, just can't buy coffee, there are loads of options without caffeine
I'm not sure whether it's the caffeine or not, and of course I can go to a café, but I really enjoy the smell and taste of coffee, and if everyone around me is having one, it feels kinda pointless to me ordering tea or something
You are really right I also feel the same that’s why I made a research and finally I got to know the answer in this vedio
i drank coffee and i felt like puking my hearts beating soo fast and my body's like shaking hell this is my first time and don't wanna do it again
DON’T DRINK COFFEE ON A EMPTY STOMACH
👁👄👁
I drank a big ass mug of coffee and earlier I had jitters and I feel nauseous but it was wayyy worse earlier ✋🏼😔
fking true, i did that once and i felt like i just ran a mile
I had a whole bowl of Coco pops and had coffee and I fell like I want to throw up
@@raihanaradhana2246 🤣
I really love the smell of coffee but when I drink it, it maked me very anxious and I get headaches. It is sad 😭
It is sad. I can't drink alcohol, I can't drink coffee.
@@inthehalflight9303 not sad it is good for you .
This doesn't explain why people's reaction to caffeine can change over time though. I used to be able to drink coffee regularly, now I can't even drink one cup. It has to be more than genetics that affect the body's ability to metabolize it.
I used to drink 5 cups now can’t even take a sip lol😂
After getting used to it I’m able to remind myself it’ll be alright after a few hours passes by , that has kept me from going to ER
When I was new to this feeling it was scary and I was back and forth to the hospital because u feel like you’re dying
I don't feel anything when I drink coffee. These guys talk about it like they ascend to heaven or swim in lava.
Tuffie Tuna dead inside?
I once drank 2L of energy drink in an hour (or like 10 cups of coffee, caffeine wise) to test the effect on me.
I felt slightly hyper, but nothing else..
I drink coffee and that exactly how I feel.
thats a bad sign by itself that you dont feel anything
But I'm just here to learn why it happened.
i have the same ..... cafeine is a drog .... that's why .....
I think for me it’s cause I have gerd , I had those same symptoms last night and it carried into the morning when I woke up but then it went away
Hopefully it doesn’t come back since I drunk some more today
My max coffee tolerance is half a cup. One more sip makes me shiver and feel like fainting every single time.
I always wondered why I could easily drink a cup of espresso half an hour before going to bed, and fall asleep easily.
I used to be able to drink a ton but one day I just couldn't handle it anymore... Not even one cup. It happened after I experienced some trauma
Same experience. It was like a switch flipped and suddenly it was awful.
Ever since I had covid I can’t drink a cup of coffee without feeling horribly wired. Before hand I was fine.
I get hungry toooooooo. It's uncontrollable
My skeleton melts, bile oozes from my corneas and my fingernails shoot off like little bullets when I think of the word coffee.
Energy drinks i can handle but for some reason coffee make me feel like im having a heart attack and i start kinda shivering uncontrollably.
Same! Glad I'm not the only one
It’s weird, I can drink soda with caffeine but coffee makes me jittery, dizzy and anxious.
Same. I wonder why
Just downed 3 cups to study and I starting shaking terribly
Basically had coffee the first time, only one cup next thing I my heart started beating and I felt so weak felt like a panic attack. Also throw up and went to the bathroom that when I realized that I will never have coffee again. I mostly drink tea that doesn’t have no caffeine in it.
I start getting bloated and stomach pains about an hour later after drinking coffee but I like how it tastes💎
It makes me feel sick, stomach pain and jittery, takes a day for me to feel better. Glad to see I’m not the only one here!
Decided to drink coffee and I regret it I rarely ever drink it but it made me feel like throwing up after
Same I just did it and I hate it so much. I feel weak
Same
question . how come i can drink 5 cans of monster energy a day without feeling a thing , yet when i drink 1 cup of coffee i fall asleep 10 minutes after consuming it ?
Is a mold that forms on coffee. You can be allergic to the mold not to caffeine
i love the taste of coffee but my body can't handle it and i hate it so much because i love it but my body won't allow me to enjoy it
people who drink coffee everyday should be looked at the same way drugs addicts are. i honestly feel coffee is more harmful for you then cannabis
gurl- im 14 and I drink twice everyday wth😭
@@noped6168 how?!😭💀
I feel completely fine when I drink coffee from restaurants. I recently drank 3 cups of coffee at Denny’s and I sometimes get coffee at Starbucks, but I get really bad anxiety when I prepare my own coffee at home.. it’s really weird
Same! I have two to three small cups of coffee from the vending machine at work and I feel fine. I drink coffee at home from a machine like the ones they use in bars and restaurants, I feel anxious and my heart starts to race.
hhmmm I wonder if it's the water source that the coffee is brewed out of?
I don't need coffee or tea, I have adrenaline
I drank 2 cups of coffee nowI feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack
Is it just me or does anyone else legs get jittery when walking or driving after caffeine
Wow I’m not alone. Everybody around worships coffee while I begin to shake and get anxiety the second I drank the smallest cup
When I drink coffe it makes me feel sad , annoyed , angry it just brings all the negative thought to the front I hate it
0:55 I dont know your life, and im not gonna pretend like i do, neck wiggle
Interesting! Always wondered why coffee didn't have the same effect on me as others 🤔

The mental alertness which is induced by the caffeine in coffee is enhanced with the addition of CBDa, but also there is a great reduction of the irritable side-effects like anxiety and the jitters that are associated with caffeine that many people experience.
This is the reason why CBDa & Caffeine infused together make a great combination for promoting alertness, focus, energy & productivity without the side-effects like the jitters or caffeine sensitivity. It is also great for alleviating inflammation & pain etc.
I just had like not even a coffee but a mocha fudge ice cream & I feel horribly uneasy & that’s when I landed on this video to understand what exactly it is , it’s like this weird nausea , headache & anxiousness & I just don’t wanna ever taste coffee again 😅
Coffee tastes like road tar boiled in water.
Lori W Bahadur and I love every bit of it! XD
That's why coffee shops have so many custom options.
So it tastes how it looks then.
meeeeh ALL the custom options kinda taste like road tar boiled, only with milk
You had road tar boiled in water? Please get some help!
The perfect combination for craziness is coffe and computer addiction 100 percent guaranteed
i used to be able to drink alot of coffee in a day even almost bought an espresso machine. then i had covid and i got anxiety. Ever since then i could not drink coffee anymore, even small amounts of caffeine can get me spiraling
Never knew smoking and coffee drinking could be intertwined, explains why my mom drank so much.
i got my first panic attack when i was in my english class, i came in late cause i drank my friends iced coffee that morning, it was horrible i was sweating and shaking and felt like i was gonna pass out
I’m confused because both my parents and my entire family has no problem with caffeine, but I feel sick and insanely jittery if I have any.
Coffee always makes my stomach hurt and feel like I'm going to feel sick for the rest of the day. Living that tea life
My first cup: wired
My second cup: Nausea + headaches, abdominal cramping and loss of appetite.
It’s also really tasty when you get used to it
I drink a cold frappe and I love it but it makes me really sleepy instead of waking me up.
I'm pretty sure I have overactive adrenals or something.
yees
Oh I can relate, I cant tolerate coffee even for one sip. gets bad jitters.
I can’t drink more that I cup per day. If I drink more, I will always end up feeling sick, nauseous and jittery 😬
I wonder what makes me feel this way in coffee. I can drink preworkout just fine, and I take caffeine pills on days when I don’t need to work out but need a pick me up but when it comes to coffee.. my body is like NOPE
Anyone get this too?
I definitely can handle caffeine in tea much better than coffee
I like the taste of coffee, but i just cant handle the effect. One cup of coffee is enough to ruin my entire day. I would feel like im gonna faint, cold sweating, like my heart going to fail.
My whole family likes coffee, and I'm sitting in the corner not being able to drink one cup because of the taste
Coffee was first a bitter nasty black fluid, Now its a bitter nasty black fluid that is a part of my daily life. I love coffee.
Same
Same here
The problem becomes when you NEED the coffee because you're so tired but then because you cant metabolize caffeine as you used to - you get a bit of energy to make you feel "awake" but that comes along with all the other negative symptoms - jittery, anxiety, fast heartbeat, like you want to jump out of your skin.... Some people react better to Yerba Mate or Green Tea or even Black teas. But Coffee just tastes and smells so much better!!!
My mom and dad both drinking a few cups a day, with not a bother on them. I had 3 cups today and I had to lie down because of jitters and chronic heartburn.
I don’t have the feelings people get, I just get really nauseous and the after taste in my mouth is horrible and I feel like I can’t breathe properly
used to be a ft smoker, super caffeine rush today and found this video. good stuff.
I hate the smell of coffee and the taste is ever worse .
I feel nauseous after drinking coffee
Im never drinking coffee again , my body feels weak i feel like crying and i feel like im gonna die but im glad that im not the only one who feels like this and wish me luck i will try random things and update in a few hours if it helped or not
Update: i drank water and milk and rested for a bit i feel a bit better and my legs stopped shaking
i feel like i get a heart attack when i get ANY amount of cafine in my system.
chcoloate contains so less cafeine that the packaging doesn’t even mention it, but when i start eating chocolate it goes COMPLETELY WRONG.
coffee makes me feel exhausted ,badly tired and my brain doesnt work
No matter how good coffee is but the side effect is I always have vertigo whenever I drink it.😭
I can only handle one cup of coffee per day and it has to be in the morning. If I push and have another one later in the day, I would have heart palpitations, body tremors and will be wide awake at night. Sad.
