She explained how she was asked to produce this dessert by her old boss, Charlie Trotter. After trial and error, she finally learned from the creator of Molten Cake how it was simply a cake batter cooked to high, too fast - a "happy accident".
I did it right now. I forgot to brush pans with butter, forgot to put some orange zest and added too much sugar. But after all of this stuffs it's still delicious. Thanks for your recipe, Chef.
