    I do this in between jobs. I work construction and I stop at a park near a river. The sun shining on my face. The birds tweeting. It's a moment of peace that money can't buy.

    Add to your practice: Think about a memory that makes you so happy that you smile. Identify the color that experience makes you feel. See the color and feel the feeling but drop the the actual memory so you’re not dependent on it or the people involved. SNAP your fingers at the top of your breath hold to anchor in this Happy State. Snap anytime during the day after Breathwork to access this state. Big blessing to everyone. :)

    I realize I have lived a life of such worry and anxiety since early childhood that I cant even breathe most days. My diaphragm and other muscle/ tendons tissues are so tense and tight I have to almost “sneak” air all day. This breathwork opens up my lungs and chest so I have space to breathe. Only when I am relaxed and breathing do I enjoy life. Until then its just worry of the future and guilt of the past. Work in progress. I am 45 and sometimes feel like I missed out but at the half way point (hopefully) I realize that most will never get the joy I am learning to harness.

    This is next level breathing control! I use Wim hofs method everyday which helps to alleviate my anxiety and tension. The body really tingles all over especially on that 3rd round. Pure relaxation. For everyone doing this breathing exercise I say happy breathing and peace be with you ✊🏻

    • @bryandonoghue3141
      @bryandonoghue3141 2 года назад +4

      @@mailbox5ravi yes I follow this video and also follow Wim Hof’s breathing method to change it up across certain days. I add in yoga nidra at nighttime and chakra healing sounds for daytime meditation. Sometimes doing the same thing can become boring so I always try and keep things fresh to keep the anxiety at bay 👍🏻

      I'd like a mix. This for 2 rounds and a longer breath hold with wim hofs after. I feel this gets me relaxed faster. But not as deep. The breath hold mod off the wimhof is a decent change too.
