Dax and Monica talk to Armcherries! In this episode, Armcherries tell us the most embarrassing thing they’ve ever been caught doing. ruclips.net/video/N6_JyoW7hV4/видео.html

I have tremendous gratitude for the self compassion within this open dialog. When a person can listen to these stories and learn from them that they are not destitute, that it is a trial that has been navigated before...pure magic in that hope! Keep it up guys, knocking it outta the park since the beginning!!
I personally find RUclips content so much more enjoyable than TV so I have Premium and I am so happy you guys finally did a full episode on video. Please keep doing so!
Am so grateful this was full video. And I love that you both are speaking to the anonymous issue about AA. I respect people wanting to be anonymous but I don’t believe it should be a shameful secret when speaking openly. It gives so much more meaning to the conversation. Additionally, this conversation was so life-affirming for me to know that I can challenge myself. I wish more people could be open to hearing and learning about how and why their loved ones think and behave while they’re trying to figure shit out.
Beautifully vulnerable interview! Also, very glad y'all are safe. As a NC girl sending my best vibes and all the prayers to LA and all your surrounding communities as y'all face the unimaginable 💔
There are things in my mind and memories that I cannot explain. There are stories that I remember. Some are funny, many are not so much, and some are not at all. And I have considered telling these through writing. Oddly, I have thought and discussed it many times. And I greatly credit Armchair Expert and Dax Shepard for my self-discovery. And now I remember yet again a story I have put out of my mind many times. It isn't very easy to think about again. It's about a boy and an animal, a bird. And it was killed as a game. And I immediately suffered horribly for it. Personally and publicly when my brother shamed me. But also now, through my continuing journey with myself, I see how it molded me into who I have become. I do not take violence lightly or kindly. I am not one to fight or to be fought against. I have part of that bird deep inside of me. Fighting.
Man that sheep story was painted so vividly by Brolin. I was sweating just listening, incredible story telling. If that doesn’t make you feel something I’m not sure what will. Great episode guys
Such a fabulous episode packed with so many touching nuggets shared amongst all three - thank you! Stay safe! To Monica - I relate to your comment about feeling like the an apocalypse. Similar situation when going through a hurricane. Love from Houston to all in LA❤ Be sure to listen to & make space for processing the loss, fear, etc for everyone, all ages especially the kiddos! 🫶🏼
What a great episode! Thanks for enlightening us on the many talents held by Mr. Brolin, his writing style is beautiful and the sheep story leaves me in awe that he was analyzing the potential future ramifications while knowing what he was doing was ultimately the best thing for the animal, powerful stuff!
Omg he has lived what seems like many lives. Im so glad he read that passage. I must read his book. Please stay safe from those fires! There's always a tiny home in Texas if you need it!
I could tell when watching the Rogan episode than Brolin was pissed he didnt read the book lol. That being said the JRE podcast is more of a conversation and not specifics about what the person is trying to promote, which is more interesting to some people like me. I liked that episode just as much as this one.
bahahaha - I live in Fargo... Whapeton... I've never heard the pronunciation like that and it adds to how funny that is. :) This was a GREAT pod. Per usual.
Totally went to the Loserville tour this summer and Corey Feldman was hilariously awful, Fred Durst has evolved into Father Time, and Limp performed brilliantly! I love Durst! He's also featured in the movie Y2K, which was hilarious! Thank you, Josh, for confirming that Corey is still just performing/acting. His act was 10 times better than the other openers for Limp.
Before the documentary us audio-files became upset because their manager figured out how to restart the Payola movement on radio, putting an end to the underground rock movement that came out of grunge and punk music. People got sick of their music, and bands like them being force fed.
glad can watch now video podcast espically with josh brolin . i just struggle listen podcasts an keep focused an listen but video podcasts easier for me . probably bit fucked up as keep being told
one thing if not biggest i listened dax on the pie podcast an could relate very well atm im needing alot help , if was chance meet dax or josh just talk to would help if that makes sense . unfourtenly i feel help pointless
I love Brolin and he was good in the role but I would've loved and preferred to see Heath Ledger's version in No Country for Old Men. Fun fact: Ledger was also signed on to be Brad Pitt's character in Tree of Life and his next project had he not died would've been a Nick Drake biopic which would've been amazing.
ruclips.net/video/fC3C5G8lnCQ/видео.html when he said to monica that i tought you loved goonies he think of conan obrien 's podcasst side sona movsesian

@armchairexpertpod Actually, nothing about it. I like it when they are real about them and how really happen.
I've got to say. I was worried about AE going motion picture and losing it's mojo. But it's just gotten better. Great job guys
Agreed! (And we get to see Monica 😍)
Why would it get worse?... It's literally the same but... More!

Monica: “Sometimes it’s hard to be … by yourself.”😢 I’m old enough to be your mother. Sending a hug.
I dig Brolin cause he speaks his truth. Always
LOVING the AE video versions
DAX.. DAX ...DAX... I just love you and I'm thankfull that the poelple like you exists in this world!
Do we think wondery changed their stance on video scheduling? Curious why we got half of the Melissa interview

Please Dax 🙏🏻 more videos!!
Super duper excited....i love video❤ cheers A.E family
cheers!
The first time I saw Josh Brolin was in Thrashin.
We need Rick Glassman back now that the video era is here!

Grabbing josh' book on audible asap
I don’t follow the conversation about the town next to Fargo. That’s Moorhead where I live . But I don’t understand what they’re saying about it.
I think he's saying Whapeton - south of us.
Anybody else notice he said nightmeer like Bert Kriesler? 1:33:20
Cool intro
Please do Eff Won with DRS this year!

I thought the same thing!

That story made me NOT want the book( I had to stop listening) I can’t with animal stories. Hope it ended well
Kristen is much prettier.
I think Josh Brolin got Monica mixed up with Sona from Conan. She did say she LOVED Goonies when he was on their podcast 😁.
I didnt see it but her look said it all lol
