I have noticed a severe decline in my posture since COVID started, but i think these exercises will help! I found the first half of this video especially helpful cause I like the idea that I can do my posture exercises where ever, and whenever. Plus I don't have a band
The chin tuck and chin tuck / shoulder pinch has done more to help my upper back pain (from poor posture that I’m working to fix) than anything else I have tried. Thank you!
These look like awesome exercises to add to the back strengthening ones I've been doing the last week. I've been doing laying down ones and so far so good, but I think the resistance bands will help me get even stronger. And these look absolutely GREAT for someone who doesn't have the floor space. Thank you!

Watched this video and did this excercise once or twice... cracking: gone, back and whole neck/shoulder area: never been that relaxed since I was a little child. I’m 22 and one of my feel shorter than the other. One side of my pelvis seems like it’s more in my back -lower and the other is forward. I’ve been to doctors and done x-rays but nothing shows up. It begin when I was a teen learning how to belly dance and I feel some joint move out of place....
I did that with my hand; now one of my joints is pushing out a bit more than the other but it looks normal to doctors 🤷🏼♀️ sorry that happened to you though.
My posture is so bad from years of staying in bed 22 hours a day with my head propped up and oriented to my laptop screen that I literally want stop living because I just can't function like this. I find these follow through exercise videos too hard to stick with, with everybody in my house breathing down my neck and all. Anyhow, I'm willing to try these videos but was mainly wondering how walking with perfect posture just around my neighborhood for 1 hour to 1.5 hours every day would be for improving my posture? Would it be mostly sufficient on its own or coupled with one or two other things? I have extreme forward head posture, rounded shoulders and upper back and on and on and on. Any other tips? Should I see a doctor/specialist? I'm over 18, in the US, but am certainly on my parents' insurance or whatever. Thank you.

I don't have specific variations for these with dumbbells (though I do have some videos where I use dumbbells or a soup can). They can be substituted, but it won't be quite the same benefit as the bands for these particular movements.

@@AskDoctorJo I should have mentioned earlier that my doctor has given me permission for swimming as he considers my knee to be stable although much pressure is not to be put on the knee for the next few months.. anyway thanks for your reply.

I'm only 16 and I play games 24/7 and my back had been killing. I have back pains and it hurts to hunch and feels awkward to sit up straight

You must be extremely tight through those muscles. It could be because of over exerting, does it still hurt with less force?
