  • What’s the decision-making process like to pick a property? Are the online blogs on the internet always right about the next emerging city to buy property?
In our first two iterations of Bridging The Gap, we covered interest rates, interest rates and interest rates. It’s so dense, we almost considered a 3-part… but we mixed it up.
This time we decided to focus on what makes a property appealing, and how different markets in real estate approach this decision-making process.

Great stuff. I think about Seattle and the decline of it's downtown corridor and how the small walkable communities, small towns within the city are thriving due to what you have mentioned. Also, the work at home conundrum - not unlike the isolation of the suburbs and the unhealthy aspects of social media there is that element of isolation and dysfunction that can I believe is a downside of the remote worker. Lot's of food for thought.
