Diversifying your portfolio across different property types and locations can reduce risk and provide more stable returns. For example, combining residential rental properties with commercial real estate can help balance income fluctuations.

I love this. It's amazing how much easier things get when you focus on the front end Deal.

Rob, very informative interview. Thank you. I was definitely one of those who thought I could buy one of Instagram building plans and hand it to a builder to build for me. 🤭 Back in 2020, I had an architect friend design a cabin for me and I have yet to build it. Builders/contractors are my biggest worry. Lastly, I agree 💯 from experience about contractors/builders in a rural area. They are truly hard to find. I kind of just have to go from one contractor to another because I did not learn how to build relationships. Again, great stuff. Thank you

I’m pretty sure I’m not to far from you Ashley. I was wondering if you have an attorney you have had a good experience with for estate planning? Thanks.
