WHITE HALL, Illinois - Tornado warned storm moves through the area on Thusrday afternoon. Drone of incoming storm with striations - possible gustnado moving across the field and across the highway - hail to half dollar size coming into town.

I broke all kinds of speed limits in Illinois today trying to get the heck away from that bad weather. It was scary and seemed like the clouds were sitting on top of us. We pulled over at an Assisted Living Home and they let us in to stay safe. When the sky lightened up I hauled my behind back to Missouri.

What part of Illinois were you in? We had two tornado warned storms near us, the one further south was confirmed. Both were isolated supercells, detached from the longer line every chaser was focused on.
