The behavior of these so called chasers is appalling. As others have stated Reed Timmer and Vince (can't remember his last name) among others actually STOP to see if people are alright (or need assistance) if they come a cross a house that is either damaged or maybe destroyed.
They were there to get that "cool" shot or shots. Impatient "chasers" like these guys get themselves killed because they want to get those "cool" shots. They were WAY too close to that/those twister(s).

Props to the driver for trusting his gut, even with the passenger hassling him to speed up. From 3:05 onward, you were right on the edge of a massive Wedge tornado. It just didn't have a Condensation funnel. You were about to drive into a mile wide tornado with windspeeds likely above 130 MPH. What your passenger was trying to get you closer to was actually sub-vortices INSIDE the massive tornado. Imagine these as powerful drill bit tornadoes inside of wedge tornadoes.

I would like the video if it had music and no commentary. This commentary was a waste of the air we breathe and brought human intelligence down a few notches. I will give a thumbs up for the driver though! Actually I will give you two..one more for having the patience to not b-slap him. Will give a thumbs up to the tornado also. Beautiful
Last thumbs up is for the people who lost their homes while Brett blew by them.

Agreed except I don't think it was Brett. Brett is just the middle-man between the videos from chasers and the media. But the driver did way more than I would've. I'd have kicked out that unempathetic man right out of my vehicle and told him where he can go. I watched Kelly Williamson guide himself and his driver to certain death by blowing through a stop sign, thereby killing an innocent, young chaser, just to get the money shot. The real idiot is the loud mouth in this vid. He needs to QUIT now before he causes harm to another.

At one point early he said to "get around this fool" as the other driver is slowing down to avoid what looks like huge debris that may be sheet metal about to blow across the road. First ignorant, actually foolish comment of many. This guy does not have the temperament or situational awareness to be chasing and it is a miracle he isn't dead.

Stunning footage, but wasn't this from Friday, April 26? I'm posting late on the 27th and thought by this morning that weather front had moved on soMO and very eastern Iowa were in "the zone." I watched this one form via several of the storm chaser channels but didn't get this clear a picture. Do you know anything about the rating or how long it was on the ground? Thanks for posting, esp the times when you can see the individual vortices doing their little carousel dance!

3:20 you can see the massive gust front that's powering the tornado. It's basically a massive horizontal gust of wind that breaks apart and curls on either side. Those curls are what generate the tornado, and the CCW curl is what usually does it in the northern hemisphere.
