From an engineering / design perspective, I notice that a number of these scooters have the deck below the level of the wheel hubs. That's going to make them inherently more stable since you're effectively "hanging" below the wheel centres rather than balancing above them.
This is well known for over a century. Just take a look a Autoped. But it seems like herd mentality and cognitive dissonance stands in the way of logical thinking, for most e-scooter manufacturers.
In the UK we are supposed to be leaders in protecting climate change. Yet, we allow people to buy full size EVs that destroy environments to mine resources for their huge batteries, but we won't let people use small electric scooters that need a fraction of the resources and energy.
15:53 DON'T use your arm to indicate; most scooters will fall over when you lose balance, keep your hands on handlebars at all times. Hope this saves your life!

This was a helpful video, but there are some significant negatives about some of the scooters in this list. ❌️ The first scooter is so big that it may as well be a bike, at least you can have a comfortable seat and feel more secure on a bike. Most people choose to get scooters for their portability, which is a reason why a scooter that doesn't fold, such as the second one you recommended, won't be the best option for a lot of people. The other scooters with bicycle type wheels you mentioned have similar portability issues. A lot of people have complained about an issue with the Jeep scooter whereby it stops working permanently and an error message appears on the scooter's screen. The Taur 2 looks really good, but Ride Taur haven't communicated with their Kickstarter backers for a long time-that raises concerns. For example, it might be difficult for customers to communicate with RideTaur after receiving the Taur 2 if issues arise with the scooter or if customers want to make a 'PayYourFine' claim.
@@mawhiuk Most of these brands mentioned have large marketing budgets and I wouldn't be surprised to find out if it's a paid sponsorship. Most likely though, the channel's shop isn't moving too much stock and are therefore trying to increase the hype for these particular scooters.

Please do a review of Aïke T. The ability to recharge the swappable battery via usb-c and use it as a powerbank should be copied more in the e-scooter industry.
