    Wonderful tips! A question on the ankle to ankle drill, you mentioned "looking feminine" a few times, so is this drill for masculine leads as well?

      Definitely, think about it as stretching your feet. Females need it for styling, but stretching feet is super important in general 😉.

    One of a kind video . I have watched many videos but nothing like this. Please continue presenting this kind o of videos. I have a problem. I am struggling with the hip and hand movements when doing the basic bachata footworks. Do you have any video showing the basic body isolations for beginners. Also any practice exercise to learn the body isolations. Body isolation adds elegance to the dance. Without it, like a robot!!! Thank you for your efforts.

    Thanks a lot Rasa...
    This angle to angle position it is the same also for men in bachata basic step?

      The exercise is definitely useful, but you as a leader would turn your feet much less when dancing, but it still helps with pointing toes and avoiding pigeon toes 😉.

    Thanks you Raza. (learned something today :) ).
    The last exercise in particular is interesting. I never considered moving my leg this way (with opening first).
    In Salsa Shines, if you do a left flare you would stretch your left using this particular movement?

    is it possible to avoid hallux vagus/bunions wearing shoes with heels and not naturally wide toe?

    • @DanceWithRasa
      @DanceWithRasa  9 месяцев назад +1

      To prevent bunions, you have to wear very good shoes, not too tight, smth that fits you perfectly 👌 if you already have bunions these exercises will not help you, but if you don't have them yet it might help preventing them.

      @petrakovacs4162 not likely, only of you do many hours every day and don't stretch or look after them at all. Unlikely
