- Finally, I can see fall from my house lol. Seriously it is cooling off here in Arizona finally! So it's time to get back in the goldfields since my wrist is also better and man was it good to get out. We left 15-20 feet by one foot deep of loosened material up a ravine last year and were ready to get back on it as the summer heat wave breaks.

Welcome back! Can't wait to get back out myself. It's been a brutal summer here in AZ.
When you mentioned instability from the clouds another thought came to mind: It only occurred when stooping down by the coil to run the scoop over it. For me when finding the target I have to take the Avantree neck speakers off to keep it away from the coil otherwise the detector acts up with instability noises. I mostly run the 9x14 coiltek on the 6000 so that may be worse than the 9" round with Avantree. Stock headphones dont seem to do it, just the Avantree -- at least with my coil and my Avantree. I got used to taking the Aventree off to dig targets so I do not consider it a hastle especially since they let me detect in hot weather when I would overheat with the standard headphones. Good product.

Hoping for an early winter this year bill you know how it goes out at the LSD got to find the gold other members missed I'll be out looking for the new erosion from the upcoming storms will be starting my season January 1st got my eye on a little wash over by the windmill last year there was good gold on the Quechee about 4 inches down hoping it made it into the bottom of the wash don't forget to check out the old test cuts from the old timers it's amazing what you can see top of one of those Hills out there maybe this will be the year our paths cross Arizona gold get out there and get some
