Sailing the Regal Princess in August; British Isles Cruise. Can't wait. Sailed the Majestic Princess in 2022, the Mexican Riviera. I have always been an RCCL cruiser; I am really loving Princess.
Will be back on the Regal soon! I wonder when you sailed I think I am hearing that the food and dining has changed since Regal was in Europe. Food was getting some good reviews then. But, now, maybe NOT. THANKS!!!! And again, it is good to see a great blogger who doesn't give me motion sickness by panning around everywhere so fast!
We were on the first cruise after the Transatlantic. They were definitely in transition to the new supplies including food and wine. Plus the ship changed hundreds of crew members. I'd give it to early January for them to get their Caribbean "sea legs".
Good video. We are on Regal next month for the second time in six Princess cruises. Our favorite place is the aft area for card playing. I like Churchill lounge for cigar smoking. The ship is magnificent and we are ready to go now. Waiting for our medallions then we will know it’s going to happen.
Thanks for the great tour. We just sailed for Thanksgiving from Galveston to the Western Carribean. One comment about the fountain. It was actually quite the hit on the cruise as they ran the fountain often and the kids absolutely loved it. It was used as more of a splash pad, than a fountain. Indeed, these two pools were completely taken over by children on this cruise. So, I think the main difference is that on the Thanksgiving week cruise, there were LOTS of children whereas on most Princess cruises they are probably limited. I can see the point about your or most cruises if there aren't many children. I also agree with you about missing the Explorer's Lounge.
My brother-in-law works there right now. My sister and I watched another video of a Regal Princess tour, and she was able to spot him in one of the places near the Piazza🤣
Appreciate your slow camera panning... can actually see some detail compared to some vloggers. Princess looks fancier (classic) than Celebrity, but I still prefer Celebrity... more contemporary.
Great information - thank you for taking the time. Can you let me know if there is a pool area for toddlers (under age 2). If not, can you suggest a ship that includes a nice area for the them. Looking at lots of videos, and I'm not coming across many decent size areas for the kids.
What was your itinerary for this cruise? We will be sailing on the Regal Princess October 2024 out of Galveston. We were previously on the Grand Princess for an Alaska cruise. My kids and I were just on the MSC Meraviglia in September for a cruise from NYC. We are very much looking forward to this cruise.
I will go this summer in regal cruises with plus package,wich two specialties restaurants are included in the rate?do you like this cruise and do you recomend to me this Cruise? Do you have all the nights entertainment? Thanks
Just finished a 12 day cruise on this ship. It was our first cruise. We are definitely not fans of cruising. Being stuck on a ship with people that should be in a nursing home is no fun. I prefer going to a resort or destination.

My husband usually wears dress pants and a polo shirt. On the formal nights, people tend to get more dressed up with suits and even a few tuxes.

Disney cruise ships have splash areas for toddlers. I just boarded the Wonder of the Seas and they have a nice playground
