The Company have us do Monthly safety courses one was What to do when you see a 1st Amendment auditor or someone exercising there Rights in your post, what this Allied Supervisor demonstrates is the total opposite. He shouldn't create a scene or get involved like what he just did.

When you are employed, you are to sign a document. Stating that you will abide by all policies. As a private person You did not sign a document stating that you would abide by all policies. Policies are for employees only.

@Auditing America I used to work for Allied Universal, I hate to see Employees acting a fool like this, they should know better. The Company have us do Monthly safety courses one was What to do when you see a 1st Amendment auditor or someone exercising there Rights in your post, what this Allied Supervisor demonstrates is the total opposite. He shouldn't create a scene or get involved like what he just did.
They arrested for Public Safety just the other day there. There have been lots of Auditors there it's changed for the worst you've got to get up into the building you need to get J-Town press there again

When you are employed, you are to sign a document. Stating that you will abide by all policies. As a private person You did not sign a document stating that you would abide by all policies. Policies are for employees only.

You should go back a few weeks later and pull the camera out after you get past the checkpoint. That way, the cops can't just escape with a few words. They will have to make a move or not. That will give you the threat of arrest you need to file you 1983 claim

Okay, I wanna understand this. Policy isn't law but auditors always want cops to I. D. Because it's policy. Even thought policy isn't law.
Cops are the employees of the city/county/state are bound by their policies. The employees that work in that building have to follow their policies because they signed an employment agreement.. The general public does not have to abide by those policies because we did not agree to them and for them to impose those upon us in order to limit our rights is an infringement of said rights. Anyone can make up a rule and hang a sign but those can never trump our constitution.
