Do you recommend the 425xs or the et-800 “the boss” for stubborn dogs?
XS all the way. It gives you more level options. The boss if I’m not mistaken, only gives you 8 levels and level 1 can be too high for even some of the sensitive dogs.
@@dogtrainingismypassion I think the e collar the boss has 100 levels, I thought the receiver was just more powerful than de mini educator.

How do you mary on the 425xs 2 recivers to work at the same time like when u had both on the orange collar
You just pair the new receiver the same way you would pair a single receiver. Push and hold the power button until the green light shuts off, then push the remote and the pairing will take place. The additional receiver will have to be put on single dog collar mode as well.
Is the 425xs the same as the 1900 field trainer
I believe you’re referring to the 1900 Field trainer made by Dogtra. Not sure you could compare the two brands. Different features
My apologize I meant the SD 1825 . They told me to get ND add on and sent a 425x I have been trying to add my 2 dogs to it and no luck. . They are older they have the triangle stands
@tsteinour hmm, I would imagine they’d be compatible.
I think I lost the vibration when I set both collars separate .
You should have vibration or tone on the V/T dial.

I have the 425x and I want to set my side button to the beeper, and the middle and low buttons to “nicks” I put my remote on 7 and press the button on the back and it blinks 7 times but non of the buttons beep unless I’m on vt, I’d like to be able to keep my remote on the same level and be able to use the beeper without having to change the dial to vt then back ti my choice of shock intensity please help!!!! Is my 425x able to do this?
You should be able to. Did you take a look at the instructions manual? I forgot which setting does that.
@@dogtrainingismypassion yes I’ve spent over an hour reading the manual and watching videos to learn how to do this process, but no instruction are quite as clear and thorough as your one video

@LoganMoore-pz2uq it’s Mode 1. Put it level 1 and then push the little button in the back of the remote. That will give you the feature you want.

Which one? Is it a SportDog model?
@@dogtrainingismypassion Yes a 450M Sport Dog. I understand now that you can't adjust the vibration mode.
