This is episode 5 of the series, and in this video I will show you everything I eat in a day to fuel my body to run a lot of miles. I don't track my calories, instead I intuitively eat which allows me to truly understand how my body feels and what it needs.

Great vid! I am 13 yo, and ran my first half as a long run a month ago! I ran it in 1:46.
This october I am going to do a 6 hour race and try to run 40+ miles.
Since the race won't let me run barefoot I am going to run in my all time favorite shoes, the Xero Shoes Men HFS. They are awesome shoes, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good zero drop shoes!

Start slow! Go out for 5mins at first and slowly creating distance goals. 1km, 1 mile and so on

Really high quality video! You have a very niche audience (people who want/are willing to watch you run for a minute straight with no action) but if you can capitalize on that small audience and really engage with the videos and buy into what you are selling, you can go far
I like your diet too. Even though you eat out you still get in your veggies and fruit. I have got to up my greens and fruit intake too. Eat more salads and get motivated to get out and excercise at least one day of the week. Just give my body a good stretch out. I'm losing inches but I gotta get my burn up and turn it into pounds lost. The end of the year is fast approaching and I want to do something you know.
You have inspired me to run be active and eat more food because I don’t have a good appetite for food so seeing you be fit and eating healthy foods helped me I still trying to eat more right now but I love running that burns a lot of calories and in get full from water easy but anyway love you and keep up the great work

Love the video just so you know car washes scratch your paint your better off hand washing your car especially since it’s brand new also look into getting it ceramic coated my best friends a car detailer so I’ve learned a lot just a tip. Also my family business we make License plate frames that go around your license plate would love to send you some for your new car!!
How often do you do strength workout during the marathon prep?
For me that’s the hardest part to do consistently because I just don’t like it as much as running and I skip it too often unfortunately 🤷♀️

How much do you think i should run per week to get that 5:59 mile? Right now i do about 20-30 and my mile is 6:28. Love the vid😇
You're probably running too fast. Slow down up your miles on easy pace. You should be able to nasal breath and talk the 1-2 hour run

This is such an odd question, but have you ever gotten shin splints when running ? What kind of shoe do you recommend to someone who has it ? Currently in training but the pain is real and I’m not sure what’s wrong, whether my shoes or my form
Take some time off or cross train to give them a break and then run extremely slowly on soft surfaces to build up. I’m talking practically walking pace.
