  • The Voglans Church is an emblematic religious monument of the city. This church was built in the 18th century and is considered one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture in the region. According to a charter from 1042, Aymon d'Hugues, lord of Chambéry, monk at Novalesa (abbey of Novalesa in Piedmont founded in 726) gave the abbey the church of Voglans with a chapel and all the territory on parish. The church then became a small priory where a monk qualified as prior exercised curial functions. Each year, the Church of Voglans celebrates several important religious festivals, notably the feast of Saint Mary Magdalene, which takes place on July 22. This festival is celebrated with a solemn procession through the streets of the city, followed by a mass in honor of the patron saint. The Voglans Church is an important place of worship for the town's residents and also attracts many visitors each year. Its architectural beauty and historical importance make it an unmissable monument in the region.
There are 2 bells: the big one sounds the B3 and the small the E4
