@@jippiechippie8765 I don't think commentary suits chess, it is a mind game, requires focus and thinking, if someone is talking over while you watch and think it just ruins it. It doesn't work.
@@xDXD-xo2qi Umm... no. Even some of the weaker engines are far superior to human chess players, which includes Magnus. Stockfish 14.1 is rated over 3550, so that program could crush any Grandmaster, past or present. However, do I agree that both have far too good a sportsmanship to use an engine, and even if they were tempted, they know it would eventually become apparent whether they were cheating or not, which would ruin their reputations and careers.

William Simon is a bit rude towards David Howell sometimes. He doesn't really get that Howell is putting on a show, trying to appeal more to beginners, pretending to get excited about garden-variety tactics, etc.
